staff were fantastic; particularly Honey and Smriti. Breakfast was nice. The room and ensuite bathroom were clean, well designed, very nice shower
not a huge thing, but the car park was quite crowded. We got a space ok, but it was pretty crowded. This may be due to some construction/renovation work taking space... -- and note that there was no issue at all with any noise/dirt or anything due to the construction - point is when it is over there maybe more room for parking.

Everything was well stocked, the bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. Just your standard hotel room really, at the standards you'd expect. The staff were actually really nice, and took extra time to help me out when I needed it.
The only thing was that the pillows were a little lumpy. Not terrible, but enough to make me notice. Nothing else though

There was a lot of construction going on, so lots of areas were slightly untidy
Having to ask for a separate key to access the gym was annoying

Breakfast was very good
Bed very uncomfortable and the refusal to help with a date issue was very disappointing
