Bathroom door wouldnt open from the inside once closed Kettle wasnt working, toilet flush was broken. TV channels not available other than BBC Couldnt book dinner on line via the email sent out so had to sit on barstools to eat mediocre over priced food. Very disappointing.

The night before I checked out, I went to reception to buy some wster at roughly midnight, I paid for it with my card and it was not charged against the room or anything and the transaction went off my Revolut card.About 3am I got an alert from Revolut to say my card was used for a fee of £50.when I queried it the next morning on check out they said it was a hold for amenities in the room, I had already been there for the night before(2 in total) and was checking out at 6.30am so why was the charge done at 3am? They couldn’t explain it and now I have a pending transaction for £50 on my Revolut card that they say can take up to 5 days to refund.Never had an experience like that before very strange 🤔

Lovely room, spacious and very clean. Staff were also friendly and service in the restaurant was quick. The bed wasn't the comfiest and there's not much in the way of tea/coffee making materials supplied in the room; for a Hilton I'd expect at least some biscuits or a bottle of water in the mini fridge. The food in the restaurant was tasty but the menu is pretty basic and very expensive for what it is, I was shocked by the price so wouldn't eat there again. Breakfast was nice too, good range but the hot food was lukewarm at best.

Breakfast was tasty and fresh although only suggestion would be to have some additional healthy fibre/fat options like chia seeds, pumpkin/sunflower seeds etc to sprinkle over the yoghurt.

Food overpriced in restaurant but service really good, the staff run around making sure everyone has what they need. I don't have her name but shout out to the tall girl with glasses and a plaited ponytail, her service was spot on, kudos where it is due! Bed was unconformtable, springs were sticking in my side in the night, what hotel still uses sprung mattresses?? Meant I only got 2 hours sleep before a 7am flight, might aswell just have travelled in the morning rather than stayed, as I would have got more sleep... Bit of a waste of money to be honest, and I'll likely use the other onsite hotel next time, my parents had a similar experience 2 weeks ago too, which I had booked for them.
