Very good value for money for an airport stopover

Very comfortable and so conveniently close to the terminal. The food in the restaurant was also very nice.

It was awful, don't stay.

The room was so tiny, and so so noisy. A door banged and you could hear every footstep all night. We literally got no sleep, we would have been better staying at home and getting up earlier. I will never stay here again.

The location, the restaurant, the staff and the room were all amazing!

I wasn’t a massive fan of the mirrors looking onto the bed but that’s more personal preference. Also the walls were a bit thin so I woke up multiple times in the evening to doors closing and people showering in their rooms.

The heating didn't work in the room. There was a put up bed in the room and couldn't get around it. dirty under the bed. bad location it was really noisy it must of been a service area for trolley and bins etc.

Overnight stay to meet up with my daughter after long journey from Australia.

Lovely room. Clean and comfortable. Great location.

No complaints about the property. One of the staff members (female) was extremely unhelpful. She seemed uninterested in helping the guests (I had arrived from overseas after a 24 hour journey and had no available roaming internet and instead of answering my questions said I should ‘google it’) In fact she seemed completely uninterested in her job . Not a good look for first encounter at the hotel. In contrast the male staff were kind and helpful.

Treatment , booked executive room which comes with robes slippers etc didn’t get either , also tried to charge me for breakfast when it was included in my booking, told me stopped food so couldn’t order but clearly cooked food for another person after we asked

what airport hotel has no luggage trolleys?

location is great, just in front of departure gates. only good thing about it to be honest

Hotel is really run down and is presented totally different in the photos. Bathroom was old and falling and impractical.

Quiet nights sleep considering how close we were to the airport. Good menu for evening meal.

Breakfast was a complete SHAMBLES. (We had an early flight,) reception said that full breakfast started at 05.00. ideal. We arrived just after 0.500 to find. NO Staff, no plates, stuff not plugged in. 1 guest even went into the kitchen to try and find plates.. Eventually someone did arrive and found plates. COLD plates. The buffet was just warm and on cold plates was awful. The bacon was almost raw. The staff chap did go and cook some properly for us. Definitely NOT worth the £15 they charge for it.

Perfect location for the airport

Excellent location for an early morning flight. You just walk across the road to the terminal building. Staff were very helpful. Room was very clean with all facilities needed for a quick stay.

Location for a follow on travel the next day. Right across the road from the terminal and the room was basic but perfect for my needs. I didn't have breakfast but I was able to walk to the mono rail to get to the station the next morning. Great for a work travel perspective

Excellent location, great staff, perfect stay!

Very polite and communicative staff, check in was quick and easy, cleaning team were thorough and careful of our belongings, and the communal fresh water machine with the bottles provided was such a great idea, we wished more hotels did this! Fantastic experience all round.

The only downside we had was one of the lifts was out of order for servicing, so there was sometimes a brief queue for the lift - this was usually only a few minutes, but was the only thing we found was an issue.
