Good location. Helen at reception went above and beyond. Helping me to carry luggage and giving me detailed advice for my trip. I was checking in alone with my two young daughters and really appreciated her help!

Well placed for the NEC.
Friendly staff.
Good sized bedroom.
Good facilities
Meat in restaurant halal but not labelled as such. We do NOT eat halal. We had to ask.
Alternatives for non - muslims should be offered and not just vegetarian options.

The location was perfect. I was attending crufts and such easy walking distance.
It was clean.
It was quiet even with so many dogs staying.
The bed was really uncomfortable.
There wasn’t even tea provided.
There was refurbishment going on.
