Nice rooms and food but everything else felt too small for the size of the property. Couldn’t get a seat in the bar, a lounger in the spa and constantly waiting to use facilities in the spa

Everything was great

Headed in early to avoid storm and staff checked me in quickly and easily. Hotel is spotless and spa lovely.

Whatever could go wrong went wrong. We spoke to someone on the phone who had booked us into the spa, so me and my partner got ready and went all the way down to the spa for them to tell us its fully booked after stating we could go down. Not to mention she is pregnant also. So we then went back upstairs and then had to come back an hour later, meaning we then had to push back our dinner reservations otherwise we’d not have time to go. Ruining plans Then theres the food. We ordered room service. Which took past 45 mins to arrive. It was so late they had to remove the tray charge. And then once it arrived the most we could eat was the bread as all the meat was raw and not cooked properly. Then lastly there is the parking. Despite me reconfirming if my parking was validated to three different staff members i was still not let out at the parking gate and told to wait their with my hazard lights for almost 10 minutes whilst my story was verified by the controller. I then had to call the hotel AGAIN myself and put my phone on loudspeaker so the control could here and let me through. I had a que of ppl behind me also. This was an absolute shambles. The only silver lining amongst all these issues was the staff. The staff were very understanding and very accommodating and very helpful in resolving my issues once they arise however paging such prices i don't really expect those issues in the first place.

Room was spotless, however, after reporting about 4 or five times, that the bathroom light switch had sunk in, (it was still operational); until Saturday late night, when it was completely broken. We were promised that Maintenance would come to fix it. Sunday morning, as we were checking out, again we reported it to The Receptionist Team. Staff, especially, on Reception and in the Sky Restaurant were exceptional!

As always, a good stay at Genting. Very slight issue with wrong room type but this was rectified very quickly and efficiently which is all I ever ask for! Room was clean and comfy, breakfast very enjoyable with lots of selection

Lovely clean accessible room. Only issue was the distance from reception - this is a big place. Ok for me in a wheelchair but problematic for my partner who struggles to walk with a stick. Useful to have the underground parking on site. Loved loved loved the location which is amongst the shops. Highly recommend Miller and Carter

The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. I’d have given everything five stars except for the heat!!. I even commented about the excessive heat to the lady at reception and she said we make sure everything’s really warm at this time of year! I responded that I felt like a boiled turkey! And I had a great difficulty sleeping, which is why comfort lost one of its five stars There is no way of opening any windows, so one is totally at the mercy of the air-conditioning system, which is substandard

Lovely big clean rooms. Bed was very comfortable had a fantastic nights sleep. Highly recommended. Friendly staff.

Pleasant polite staff, easy check in process, big clean room

Lovely stay but I'm still waiting for a refundable deposit, which isn't great . They can take it from your account instantly, but its been a week now, and I am still waiting . This is not good.

Clean, good facilities. Spa was good. What wasn’t good was breakfast, coffe machines not working properly lack of clean glasses for juice and cups for coffee. Had to keep asking for milk, the cups, the glasses, cutlery. No juice had been refilled had to go and ask. Breakfast items such as bacon etc were slow at being replaced. They did make a reduction in the bill.

The room was spotless, quiet and had a perfect sleep. Nespresso machine available for morning espresso

We were fortunate to have booked a superior room and its was lovely. It had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again. The vip parking is a must.

Convenient and well Presented

It was clean, friendly staff, lovely room. Lots of food choices. We had a very comfortable stay. The only complaint is the unsecured internet service. A hotel of this calibre should have secured wifi for its guests.

Rooms and hotel great. Sky bar restaurant = dire. We had dinner one evening and never again. Too slow. Inattentive staff. Mediocre food. Breakfast like you’d expect from a much cheaper hotel and again. Very inattentive staff. Travelled with our 11 month old daughter and the high chairs too filthy to use! Disappointing.

Warm and friendly hotel staff, the room was amazing! The bed super comfortable and the L-shaped sofa to watch tv, was nice too. Breakfast was also great, highly recommend, no disappointments. Obviously the use of the spa was great.

The room was very spacious and impeccable clean. Every day the mini fridge was stocked and ready for us.

Absolutely love this hotel first time I’ve been there I definitely will be rebooking

Find them very rude and haven’t got my 50 pound deposit

Parking was easy, rooms were clean, lots to do nearby

Spa access was the highlight, very well maintained and staff were lovely
