Phoebe on reception lent me her phone charger when I arrived late a t night and might had broken in my bag - absolutely exceptional customer service! Room was incredibly comfortable and clean. Perfect location for the airport.

Location was perfect, we parked in valet car parking on arrival, then short walk to hotel. In the morning had a nice breakfast before a 3 minute walk to the terminal to check in for our flight. The room was well equipped and very comfortable and quiet.

Cheap, clean and next to the airport entrance.

The room was great, spacious, the bathroom as a perfect size too with a large walk in shower. The room had a decent iron and ironing board as well as a fridge. Cant fault the room itself.

The pillows on the bed were the worse i have ever slept on in my life and were the size of an envelope compared to normal sized pillows, no comfort at all and this resulted in a pool sleep.

Not up go standard of Hilton- very poor.

The restaurant was freezing cold snd extremley uncomfortable due to broken heating system and insufficient tempirary heaters. Food though served hot became cold very quickly so inedible. Though i raised the issue with staff they could offer little solution.

Very clean and convenient stay

The room was very clean and the temperature was more on the cool side when first entering. This can be adjusted to your liking. Extra towels were provided in the bathroom, and all general cleaning products were provided. The elevator made it easy to haul my luggage to my room. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the airport terminal which makes it easily worth the price in my opinion. A restaurant is also available onsite.

The room key did not work the first time, so I had to go back to the reception desk to fix this. After doing this, 1/2 keys still only worked. I was told they have a new key card system and apologized. The standup shower was different.

Exceeded expectations.

Large spacious room, lovely bathroom with good products. Breakfast good value for money. Nice friendly staff. Would stay again and use your other hotels through the country.

Feedback only. More tea and milk in room. I know we can ask for more but would prefer to have in the room.

Location is excellent. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Our room was quiet on the 5th floor.

The food choice was awful again. The choices were limited. I could not find anything I would like to eat and ended up sharing a pizza. Please please change the menu!

Really good and convenient location -short walk to the airport and good link to NEC. The room was clean and quite spacious.Bathroom well equipped.

Surprisingly as a 4 star hotel -lack of robes, slippers or mineral water in a room. During breakfast -only one person in the kitchen -sorting sausages .Had to caught his attention to ask for omelette -didn’t seem to be happy for extra task. I wasn’t impressed
