    Really not clear about parking - this needs to be made very clear on booking- it was not. All nearby car parks are extremely expensive & very poorly signposted

    Me and my elderly mum and 2 children could not have a shower after a long drive and after we arrived at the hotel because the hot water was not running.So we went to bed without having a shower Also I queried this issue with a lady receptionist and she dishonestly informed me that there issue with the hot water occurred 10-15 minutes before my call. which was untrue . I went out of the hotel and when I returned 3 hours later, there was still no hot water so I couldn’t have a shower. I was so upset because I was also on my period. Later that day, I spoke to another receptionist called Temi and he said that the engineer to fix the issue had been booked but he was not certain when it will be fixed. So I asked for a discount for the inconveniences. He said i should get the discount on Monday or Tuesday. However I didn’t not receive a discount. So I sent a complaint to management by email but they have not replied .
