This lovely pub-hotel is located right on the Grand Union Canal and made an ideal halfway point for me on my walk along the Canal from Warwick to Birmingham. It has a wonderful terrace and beer garden right next to the canal, the restaurant is excellent (with a good wine list), the rooms were very comfortable, and the staff very friendly. Exceeded my expectations and great value for money.

The location, food, service and staff were excellent.
We were disappointed with the ‘small double room’. It was too small and not suited to two people.
The Gents toilets were also too small. It was almost impossible to enter the cubicle and turn round in the space provided.
