I was extremely lucky to be allowed to check in a tad earlier than stated
Outside of the building looks a little tired but there is parking outside for 4 cars however there is a road opposite that I parked in and had my partner pick up a couple days later . The area appears to be very nice. It was extremely easy to find from my journey from M5 . I enjoyed a little walk around the town . There’s a Tesco and a few charity shops and post office.
My room was clean and had coffee making facilities. Guests have uses of a microwave

I stayed here for 3 nights - all separate bookings. Each room was clean and confortable. The guest house is within walking distance of Knowle High Street with shops and restaurants. It is an easy drive from the M42 and Birmingham airport/ NEC.

Lovely stay. On check in they couldn't have been more helpful. Room had everything you need - no complaints.
