Clean
Switch was hanging off the wall. Someone had left an open bottle of water in the room.

We were at an event at NEC so location was excellent it was a short bus journey away with easy self access across the road from a harvester inn so perfect for 1 night. Very accommodating for early check in and late checkout due to our flight times
The bedroom was a little cold. While the heater did come on in the evening but perhaps could be on a bit longer now that weather is getting colder.

We stayed for one night. The room was nice and adequate for our needs the night before flying from the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Good price. Confy bed and clean good linens and towels. Fridge in room.
Very busy road. Porch area shabby as was kitchen. Although everything worked and was reasonably clean . No sharp knives or a chopping board!
