Great location for airport, comfortable bed, easy check in and out
Bathroom/shower was very small and we did hear noise from other guests staying going in and out of rooms

The location was very good, it was a 10 minute bus ride to the Birmingham airport and 10 minute walk to a supermarket.
The bed was very comfortable and the room is spacious.
When entering the bathroom the floor made lots of sounds, the ones that make you feel sorry for the people downstairs, also it was not very clean, you could see the floor was not cleaned very well from the previous guests.

Very close to all the immunities that I needed
Cleaning was not up to standard when I spoke to the owner with regard to the state that Sharon was dirty there was old hairs in it. The floor carpet hadn’t been hoovered in our room the kitchen side and the cooker was filthy. Kitchen floor was filthy when I spoke to her with regards to this, she said oh people leave it in a mess then she offered to come and clean her shower room which I said yes please because I needed to take a shower she just used the spray. There was no water no scrubbing and the toilet she cleaned using one of the towels which then goes in the washing machine and people dry with after washing
