Spectacular view and great location.

We were given a suite with 2 bathrooms. The view from our room was spectacular. We are definitely staying at this hotel again when we come back to Croatia and will make sure to spend the whole day to explore the amenities.

Some of the front desk people seems not friendly and abrupt. The woman from the spa in particular.

We're definitely coming back to stay at Royal Neptun.

The view was amazing, we were able to see the sunset from our balcony. We stayed in a suite, it was very clean, the bathrooms bigger than we expected. The body lotion and wash, shampoo and conditioner were L'occitane en provence.

Some staff were not as nice and helpful as the others, they were abrupt almost unfriendly.

Great view & facilities, not the closest to old town but still very easy to access old town via taxi/uber, and avoid all the stairs that might be troublesome in the old town area.

Slightly far from old town if you’re looking for walking distance to the touristic areas, but overall it’s not a big issue.

View of the sea from room. Comfy bed and pillows.

Reception when we first arrived was not welcoming or informative. Directions to our room were not easy to interpret and led to us getting lost. No information given to us about where to have breakfast. Led to believe there was left luggage opportunity with use of a changing room . In actual fact luggage left in a room and the changing ‘facilities’ were in the spa; this was actually a small area outside the loo in the female locker room.

Birthday Getaway

Everything. The hotel has 3 pools and a sauna and they also have spa access. There are a lot pf restaurants nearby. I also like the wide selection of breakfast that they offer. We had a pleasant and relaxing stay. They even gave me a complimentary proseco and cake as it was my birthday.

a wonderful 2 week-stay

1/ the view- this hotel has an exquisite sea view from the reception 2/ the facilities: lots of restaurants, beach bar, pizza, spa&massage, fitness room 3/ the INCREDIBLE breakfast that you can have on the terrasse with sea view or inside- the food is absolutely delicious, everybody can find something they love 3/ the staff: very friendly, very quiet, very polite including during the late hours- never hurried us from the spa space or the pool side A BIG THANK YOU FOR THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE!

the restaurant is way too expensive for the propositions they make even though the meal ( we had dinner) was excellent; on the other hand, my husband found the portion way too little and was hungry after

While I acknowledge the poor weather and flight cancellations played a role in some capacity issues the lack of organisation and communication at the hotel was poor. We went for breakfast on the Fri morning and there was a long long line at the breakfast room. We were there about 20 mins and still outside the restaurant and I went back to reception to ask if there was an alternative. They suggested I go to a different room for breakfast. When capacity is an issue strong and clear communications are key.

Luxury meets peaceful by Dubrovnik

The property is very well appointed and the ability of using the facilities in all 4 buildings was great. A fantastic breakfast buffet overlooking the ocean was always a great start to the day. The Roos were clean and daily cleaning always brought us bad to a fresh look. Service staff was very attentive at every point (front desk, cleaning, restaurant, pool deck). Between the ocean and 5 other pools pleanty of opportunities to splash.

Wonderful seaside hotel with great rooms, breakfast, and staff!

The hotel is located right in front of the sea. The beach was mostly covered with big rocks; however, part of it had been filled with concrete, creating a unique “on the rocks” concept. The room size and comfort were excellent, and the crib provided was of very good quality. Breakfast by the sea was outstanding. I truly loved the hotel and the staff!

Celebrating wedding anniversary ín a great hotel

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary ín Dubrovnik where we spent our honeymoon holidays. Royal Neptun Hotel was an amazing place to stay: we had a beautiful spacious room, cuisine was great and we also loved the private beach

We had only a minor issue with the reception staff, some of them should improve their English as they did not always understand what we asked from them

The hotels location is spectacular. We have stayed in this location, about 100 meters from the Neptun before, so knew what to expect. Its an amazing part of the world to visit

when we arrived, I was shocked at the room we were given. As I said, we have stayed in a nearby hotel before and the price we paid there was about the same, however the size and quality of the room elsewhere was considerably better... whereas the hotel wasn't. So while we enjoyed our stay and the hotel in general, the room we got was anything but value for money. We complained after check in, and to be honest the attitude of the staff at reception was a disgrace...rude, inflexible, unhelpful. After my second complaint and having asked for a manager, they went to get one and returned saying he said there was nothing he could do. Very poor way to start a holiday

The views are fantastic. From our balcony we could see the sea and the mountains. And the views from the pool and rooftop bar are great too. There are some nice spa facilities. The staff are nice. It’s very clean and comfortable. It’s nice you can use the different pools and restaurants in the royal hotel chain as they are all next to each other.

The drinks and spa are a little pricey, but we found that with most of Dubrovnik. The evening buffet was expensive and wasn’t great quality

Family Getaway

Property is perfectly located on the water. Property is about 30min from Airport we booked an uber for both ways. About a 10min uber to old town for site seeing. Breakfast is plenty huge delicious spread. The view for breakfast is stunning! Room was not as clean as expected at a 4 star resort. Lots of stains and a little dated. Bathroom is tight. Staff is amazing. Pool staff were very friendly and attentive.

A delightful amenity-rich hotel.

This hotel is far enough from the Old Town to be peaceful yet close enough to be a convenient Uber ride away. The Royal hotels that make up the complex have numerous pools, bars, restaurants, and areas to relax. It was always a pleasure to come back to the hotel after a day of sightseeing.

Location, spotlessly clean spacious rooms and area throughout the Royal Hotels, excellent variety of food at breakfast. Guest relations dealt with all queries before our arrival date. The spa and wellness area were excellent and accommodating and spotlessly clean throughout.
