    The staff and facilities are first class, rooms are comfortable. The restaurants have a varied selection of food prepared to a high standard. I would recommend this hotel, the only criticism as such, which would be that the hotel beach is a pebble beach and difficult to walk on.

    Beautiful hotel with amazing views. Easy bus access right outside the hotel. The half board was worth it, the buffets were amazing. Firstly, the hotel did not honour my half board that I booked. I had to spend an hour on the chat with Agoda. Not sure if it was Agoda or the hotel's fault though. The hotel was apologetic and did give me a voucher to eat at the restaurant on the first night while the matter was being resolved. The gym needs updating. Very limited equipment and the Aircon barely works. The hallway carpets are rotting away and need replacing. A few things in my room need minor maintenance too, e.g. my sliding balcony doors were difficult to open and close and one handle was broken. Also the doors did not lock. A few cupboard doors were a bit broken in the room too. Overall, didn't affect my stay.

    Agoda made an error in our booking but the hotel itself was fabulous and the staff were tremendous.

    I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The furniture in the room was old and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was in terrible condition with an outdated, worn-out bath. On top of that, the room had an unpleasant smell that never went away. The restaurants were another letdown – the service was slow and unprofessional, far from what you would expect at this level. And the constant need to scan my card for every single door in the hotel was extremely annoying and inconvenient. What makes it worse is the price – the hotel is super expensive, but in return you get a terrible room and poor service. Absolutely not worth the money.
