Cozy, clean n comfortable

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all the facilities for a family of 4 for a 2 day stay. The location was good - an easy 12 min walk to the station. Communication was easy.

A nice comforable apartment for a family.

It was in a nice location, walking distance to city center. It was a comfortable size for 4 of us.

I wish there was a half bath as well. But, I knew it wasn’t there before, so I’m not going to make it a negative. One thing that I wish they would fix is the toilet seat in the bathroom. The toilet is an extended size, but the seat is short and loose.

Spacious place in the perfect location, equipped with everything we needed!

We loved the location! Close to the lake, Lion Monument and old town, and had bus stops nearby for everywhere else! The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, and our host even had a basket of toys out for our 3 small children! We loved the size of this place and found the bedrooms to be very large!

We would have loved to have AC because we are accustomed to having it at home. It was quite warm while we stayed here, but the apartment is well equipped with fans.

Wonderful accommodation in beautiful Lucerne!

The apartment was located within walking distance from transit and all the best sites. The host was personable and informative. The bathroom was large and had great storage. We appreciated being close to everything, but in pretty quiet area.

We really enjoyed the stay. The flat is spacious, nice and clean. Location is convenient. The building has a small elevator which is helpful when we’re carrying our luggages. The washing machine is very useful for travellers going on a long trip. The host is friendly. Recommendations of restaurants were excellent.

This is a stretch because it’s not really a big deal but only 2-3 people could ride the elevator at a time.

The flat was clean and very well-equipped with utensils, toiletries, etc. The hosts even provided a nice set of basic groceries.

It was very hot in August (thankfully, the flat contains three fans).

The location was perfect, 5-10 mins walk to city center. The view from the balcony was amazing, the church, beautiful buildings with the mountains in the background. The host was very nice and accommodating during check in. We were 45 mins late from when I told her I was checking in and she was very kind about it. She replied immediately when I had questions.

The location is quite near to the main train station. The bus stop to the train station is just in front of the block. The kitchen is fully equipped. The host is very friendly and helpful too. If I were to come back to Luzern I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This modern apartment is located in a very convenient central location. Lake side, old town and train station are all within walking distance. It has everything a family needed for travel. The host is very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here.
