The perfect stay in Luzern

Michelle and Jana were the most welcoming kind hosts, the fridge in the fully equipped kitchen was even thoughtfully stocked with a few essentials and treats. The large, comfortable flat had everything you could need, and the location is just superb an easy walk to everything. Perfect for our family of 7 for our 3 night stay

Three night stay as family of five

Amenities of the property were wonderful - fully equipped kitchen, separate rooms with multiple beds, good shower, wonderful host with the kindest welcome of fresh bread and butter plus some milk and jam. Very thorough book on where to eat, how to use the shared laundry in the basement, wifi - all the things! A very short and pleasant walk to the main centre and a supermarket a few doors down made the location a great choice for us. Plus the bus to the train station was close enough to manage with suitcases. We stayed in July and the fans in each room were a must/very helpful!

Would have given this property a 10/10 had it not been for the terrible sleep we had on night 1 of our stay. Unfortunately there were other users in the building using a communal space (until 4am) and were unaware of the quiet policy that we were told about when we checked in. The host was apologetic and swift to deal with the situation and we had a wonderful sleep on night 2.

We enjoyed our stay in Lucerne and this property was a great fit for our family.

The location was very central, it was a short walk into the old/historic town area and a 13 minute walk to the main train station. There were multiple grocery stores nearby as well, which was great for us as a family to grab food for breakfasts and snacks for our day.

There is a odd smell when you enter the building. However, that odor is not detected once you reach the 1st floor.

I would book again. Everything was amazing!

The flat was in an amazing part of Lucerne. A very short walk to the old town, river and lake. The host was good fun, responsive and looked that we had a smooth check-in & check-out

OWNER IS NOT NICE . PLEASE DONT COME

The owner’s not very nice. He keeps complaining things over and over and not listened to us at all. The room was a bit old. We parked the car where the owner said but there were someone wrote us a note on our car to move the car immediately. After the long complaint he finally said sorry and gonna find a way to compensate to us but we don’t want any compensation , we only need some respect that he didn’t show. He didn’t treat us like guests he treated us like a baby whom he can complain things and surely we don’t deserve that.
