Spacious and well equipped apartment well located for visiting this wonderful city.

Easy access to the city centre by bus, with a stop right outside the building and free local travel using the Luzern visitor pass. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, and was very clean. It’s a quiet area and well equipped. We appreciated having a bit of outdoor space on the balconies. Loved the large walk-in shower.

It’s in a quiet residential area, but that meant there are no shops or restaurants in walking distance. The pillows weren’t very comfy, but seems to be a Swiss thing. If you like Russian tv you’re in for a treat. I think there were tv stations in English/German/ etc, but as all the information was in Russian it was hard to tell.

We like the area, as the air is fresh and crisp. Excellent toiletries and bathtowels. The housekeeping service staff was welcoming when we arrived

A great stay for a group in Lucerne.

Spacious, well equipped, quiet location yet within easy reach of centre with free bus passes and regular bus. Very responsive hosts. Two bathrooms very useful for a group. 6 adults but plenty of space!

Comfortable place for large groups

We were 2 families of 4 and we all fit comfortably in the space. The host stopped by to set up the sofa bed and provided us with excellent information with what we could do with our time in Lucerne. We were provided with free bus passes which we used everyday. The apartment is was located up a very long hill, so the bus was very convenient and easy to take. The bus stop was right outside the doors. The washing machine has a dryer and they also provided a drying rack outside. The beds were all comfortable and having 2 full bathrooms was very nice.

The owners were very helpful. she arranged for food although it was very late in the night. the rooms were very comfortable. Owner made fans available.

We loved the convenient location with the bus stop at the corner. I would stay there again.

The best thing was how quickly the host answered emails. I was in a jam late Saturday and they replyied with the information I needed. We liked the location and the beds were comfortable.

Since there were 5 adults the washer/dryer was too small. Also, we couldn't figure out the TV, but were too busy to email the host for any assistance. It was OK though because we were rarely at the location anyway. We were out sightseeing.

Superb

Very neat and clean. Bus stop in doorstep made our acsess cheap and comfortable. The kitchen was there with almost all the necessary facilities. The host was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were big and proper with a washing machine. Lift helped to move our luggege. Beds were very comfy. I highly recommend this propert with great value for money.

very good apartment

I liked the apartment very much. Very clean. Friendly owners. The apartment has everything you need for the short or long stay. Bus stop near the house, 5 minutes to the center of Lucerne and 10 minutes to the train station. There were cutlery and dishes for small children, also there were toys and teepee where there children could play. Our expectations were exceeded because the apartment is bigger as it looks at the pictures.

Accommodation was very clean and has all the facilities.It is perfect for a family stay, especially if you want to cook during your stay. Beds were super comfy. Location although not walkable from Luzern Station but the bus stop just down the apartment makes it easy to reach the centre in 10 min.

Well-located spacious flat 10 minutes by bus from centre of Lucerne

The flat is in a good location. Great to have a free bus pass for the week with a bus stop 2 mins walk away (and of course, being Switzerland, the buses run to time!). Nice sofas on the balcony. The flat is spacious for 4 and would do fine for 6.

It was annoying to have to pay for it by bank transfer and particularly to have to pay a deposit in cash (now just converting it back at a poor exchange rate) so would recommend switching for both to credit card. Kitchen facilities only fair if you are looking (as we were) to cook each evening.

The appartment was amazing, Really big, 3 sofa to chill in the living room! Its well decorated with taste. The location is really close to the center as well. I really recommend that place. Big thanks to tanja, she was really welcoming and friendly. If im goin back to lucern i will definitely rent out this place again

-Bushalte voor de deur, iedere 15min bus ook op zon- en feestdagen, gratis openbaarvervoer gast-Luzern. Parkeerplaats in garage. -Wandel mogelijkheden in omgeving - Kerstboom tijdens ons verblijf

- De manier van borg betalen, dit moet contant, en werd bij vertrek weer contact teruggegeven. Hierdoor ben je afhankelijk van de host en kan je niet vertrekken wanneer je wilt, dit vonden wij niet handig. Daarnaast verliep de communicatie hierover met host niet fijn. - Staat van het appartement, vele gebreken en defecten, doorgezakte stoelen/banken, kan een renovatie/upgrade gebruiken. -Geen smart TV aanwezig waardoor netflix etc niet beschikbaar is.
