Central location close to train station, all shops and restaurants and just 2 minutes walk from Lake Lucerne and Chapel Bridge. Apartment is light and well equipped with all you need for an enjoyable stay. Beds super comfy.
Only 2 windows out of 5 would open which was unfortunate as it’s hot (they did provide fans) and we wanted some fresh air! Also could have been a safety concern in an emergency! No lift and 3 flights of stairs with heavy luggage although we appreciated the cleaner helping us on arrival.

That it had 3 fans. Super clean, even smelled clean in the hallway! Fast responsive host.
There was a little cafe that was really loud in the evening. We shut the window to keep out the noise, but it made it warm in summer. 6 am trucks deliverying food- again, shut the window and it's fine. Those windows are noise-cancelling!

Spacious, comfortable, modern and great location (if arriving by train). Lots of fans provided which made it comfortable without air conditioning. Appreciated the provided plug adaptors - a thoughtful touch!
