The apartment location is fabulous, right in the center of Lucerne. It’s pretty much 10 mins walking from the train station and only a few mins from anywhere else you need to go. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and the staff was helpful and responsive.
We got caught in an unfortunate heat wave, and the apartment was not air conditioned (which we knew) making it quite hot during the day.

Our family stay at KoBi Apartments Hirschenplatz was magical! The apartment was stunning, immaculately clean, and beyond comfortable. This apartment is in an ideal location and an easy walking distance to the train station, restaurants, and town sights. Our host was incredibly gracious and friendly and made fast friends with our 6 year old. Stay here is you want an amazing experience in Lucerne! We will plan to visit again. Thank you KoBi staff for everything!

Location was right in the middle of the old town. Everything within easy walking distance. Appreciated the tea bags supplied by the host. Host instructions were clear, and we were able to store our luggage (until 3pm) at the building.
Funky layout of the apartment. Not much decoration....drab.
