My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. Christine was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help 😍. The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well-organized. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay😃

It was spacious and very comfortable. Like home away from home. Location couldn’t have been better. Facilities were great and communication book fantastic.

The elephant gymnasium upstairs, but found out it was actually a family with several kids. Once they left, it was a 10.

The apartment itself is huge, clean, comfortable and have everything you need! Staffs were very responsive and accommodating too. Location itself is also very central. Within walking distance to everything.

The location while it’s great is situated in the car free zone. So lugging luggages across the old road is a struggle.

Good location, big and comfortable unit and approachable staff.

Nothing for the apartment. The timing wise might not be suitable for us at that time as we were struggling with luggages storage and need to pay extra since we picked the luggages at 5pm (max FOC is 3pm)

Spacious apartment in old town

Inside the old town around 10-15mins walk from the train station. Apartment came with washing machine and dryer which was important to a travelling family.

Not easy to find the entrance. Heating was a a hit and miss, have to regulate heat yourself by opening/closing the windows.

Excellent. The apartment is warm and comfortable during winter. Location is super convenient.

We arrived at around 12pm. Collection of keys was easy .

Wooden floors make it hard to walk especially there are few steps in the apartment. Have to kept reminding my kids to walk gently.

Wonderful!!!

Location was great and it was so easy to check in, even after staff hours. Laundry machine availability was also a big hit for us who were in the middle of our journey. Staff was easy to communicate with and were wonderful with their responses. The room itself seemed to be a bit outdated but the very restful and comfortable bed overshadowed it. Thank you KoBi!

Clean and well located.

Location was right in the middle of the old town. Everything within easy walking distance. Appreciated the tea bags supplied by the host. Host instructions were clear, and we were able to store our luggage (until 3pm) at the building.

A Pleasant Stay at Luzern

The location is superb, close to train station, Chapel bridge and Lucern River port. The facilities are excellent, washing machine, oven, kitchen utilities etc are ready to use. The customer service is good, keeping contact with us via WhatsApp a few days before the stay. They will response quickly if you have any doubt.

During check in, the receptionist will hold a deposit of CHF 200 in our credit card. It will be released once checked out and it can take up to 7 business day to appear in our account.

Love this Room, your will get a whole room with 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom and Big Lving Room with Big Kitchen -In The kitchen they have nesscesory equipment for cooking including Oil,salt,peper -in Bathroom 1 they have washing machine but you need to prepare liquid detergent or you can buy at receiption for 2 CHF -Clothes dryer is great to have it!! -This place is in the center of old town and also have COOP nearly here.Easy to shopping.

If you come by train the route to the accommodation is very difficult to Drag the suitcase.It's very rough or you get another way that take a bridge you will take a stair around 20 step to climb up to there. My Little bed in 3 person room was so noisy when you move your body is alway make a noise

Sparse and cold.

Perfect location, and hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. Liked that the unit had a washer/dryer, and the apartment was very large. Kitchen was spotless, and had more than enough amenities. The living room windows look out over one of the most photographed squares in Lucerne.

The apartment is very sparse with no warm touches, incredibly cold feeling. It does not look anything like the pictures. You get one small pillow and one blanket, nothing extra. It’s not arranged well…all furniture is just pushed against the wall, again very cold feeling. There are bleach stains on the carpet, duct tape covering the transition between the kitchen and bathroom, and the fake leather is peeling on the headboards.

Large well stocked place.

The size of the room was bigger than expected compared to motels that we have stayed in Europe. Had plenty of coffee and a great coffee maker. Kitchen was very nice but we didn’t use it.

The couch looked kinda dirty. My wife wouldn’t let me sit on it. She is a clean freak. Heat was not forced air. It was in the floor. Worked well but took a little to get use to.

Magical, woul love to go back!

Excellent localization, walking distance, close to Lucerne Lake, places to eat, different stores including souvenirs. Very spacious and comfortable for our group of 7. Comfortable walking distance to train station if you want to visit Mount Titlis and others.

The only thing was that we arrived very late night and so, Uber left us and we had to walk a bit to find entrance, the pictures of the door did help.

Loved our stay! Great apartment with plenty of room and excellent location. It was hot during the week of our stay but we were grateful for the fans. Would definitely stay here again.

Super huge apartment.

- lift directly to floor we were staying at (some floors need to climb stairs as the lift did not serve all floors) - size of the apartment was huge! - washing machine and dryer provided which is big plus considering how much laundry we have daily - well equipped kitchen and quiet surroundings. - love the view from the living room balcony!

- apartment can be a little difficult to find. Follow the directions to Kobi Apartments Falkenplatz. The entrance to the apartment is noticeable with a small fountain at the entrance. - there were only 2 rooms and so some of the members had to sleep in the living room but the sofa bed was pulled out and setup by the host so all was good. - no aircon but entire apartment was cooling. There are fans as well. - the beams that made accessing the washing machine and dryer a bummer.

We had a really great stay at this apartment! With our family of 13 it felt spacious enough for everyone. The bedrooms are a decent size, and there are two double sofa beds in the living room, which were super helpful. There’s plenty of storage with cabinets outside the bedrooms, plus two big bathrooms with a washer and dryer. Our favorite spots were the open kitchen with the island counter and the dining area. It's perfect for all of us to hang out together after a long day outside. The living room looks out onto a cute little plaza in the old town, which was a nice touch. The famous wooden bridge and river are just a quick 5-minute walk, and the Bahnhof Luzern and the boat port for Mt. Pilatus are about 10 minutes away on foot. Right outside the building, there are plenty of shops and restaurants, plus nearby supermarkets. Nice area to walk around, even at night! The photos are exactly what you get, and the hosts were really responsive whenever we reached out on booking.com.

The walk to the apartment can be a bit tricky with luggage because of the cobblestone streets and some uneven sections.

The roomiest apartment in the heart of Old town Luzern. Coffee on the porch , Clock tower Next door.

You can't beat the central location to Old town and the train station. This 2 bed , 2 bath unit is massive, the largest accommodations we stayed at for our 2 weeks in Europe. We walked 8 minutes from station to flat and had early check-in at 10am ! We also had the front desk hold our bags so we could enjoy the city until our train left for Zurich at 3pm.

If you are really tall person like myself 6'3" and up ... you just have to watch your head in a few spots. I hit my head on a few lights hanging down. Watch out for the step coming out of your bedroom .. that can be a surprise in the middle of the night.

This apartment is located in the heart of Lucerne’s Old Town, just a short distance from the train station. The staff are very friendly and professional, the rooms are spotless, and the kitchen is extremely well-equipped. In fact, the entire building is operated by the same company and contains around six units. The only thing to be aware of is that not all rooms have a washing machine. If you need to do laundry, make sure to check the room details carefully.

Peaceful, Comfortable Stay in the Heart of Luzern

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in the heart of Luzern. Despite its central location, the sound insulation was excellent, making it a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The mobile AC unit in the bedroom kept us comfortable even during an intense heat wave, and the apartment overall was clean, modern, and well-equipped. The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout check-in and check-out, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!

Would recommend in a heartbeat for either a couple or a family!

We stayed here with our 3 young kids. We appreciated having a little extra space, with the dining table and kitchen. The location was ideal! About a 10 minute walk from the train station and ferry stop. The area felt very safe, and the apartment is very close to shopping, Chapel Bridge, cafes, everything. Really could not have been better. The AC in the bedroom worked great, and we were so appreciative of it! The washing machine worked well. We didn't do a ton of cooking, but the kitchen had what we needed. Would recommend a couple more plates and silverware sets. We had to run the dishwasher frequently due to running out of plates. An elevator takes you to the 4th floor, and you just have to walk up one additional flight of stairs to this 5th floor apartment. Excellent views from all windows! Staff were very helpful and kind. They offered to clean the apartment on our 3rd day, but we just requested clean towels, which they provided.
