Great stay in city Center!

Close to perfect! All pictures true, fully equipped kitchen. Parking lot in the underground, perfect for snow fall. Owner very helpful! We enjoyed a lot.

Lovely apartment for a memorable stay in Luzern

We loved the central location of the apartment, it's near the train station, food shops and the Christmas Market. The view of the mountains from the apartment was beautiful. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Yuval was very kind and took the time to help us decide on the day trips we really wanted to go on, along with giving us advice on how to get there.

Perfect host and location

The location is perfect 7 min walking to the center and bus stop next to the apartment The host is amazing so friendly and helpful They gave us a free breakfast voucher in the cafe at the same building which was a nice gift from them The washing machine stoped working after few days so they sent someone immediately to fix it but be couldnt so they offered to wash our clothes and bring them back These little things means alot and appreciate those beautiful touches

The entrance of the building is not nice and feel uncomfartable however its very safe

The apartment features two spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything you might need. Its location is convenient, with a cafe on the ground floor, and the owner is easily approachable.

The apartment has a traditional style and doesn't match the modern appearance advertised on the Booking.com webpage. The wardrobe in the main bedroom contains some items, making it partially unusable.

Fantastic location to explore Luzern and the stunning surroundings.

After meeting at the apartment to handover the keys, our host Yuval went out of his way to help us plan activities for our short stay as well as offer some great advice for local places to eat.

Great stay and experience. All amenities of a home and central location to chapel bridge.

Sandro wis a great host that took care of all we need. The apartment was just like home with all the connivence of a home and central location to the chapel bridge.

Parking is a small distance away from the apartment and the entrance to the apartment is not easy to find. Luckily Sandro was there to guide us.

Lovely apartment, wonderful host

Lovely apartment in the heart of Lucerne. The location was perfect for accessing shops, restaurants, and local sights in the city. The host couldn't have been better, greeting us upon arrival, walking us around, and sharing recommendations for restaurants and other places of interest. We really enjoyed our conversation and guidance from him. The apartment was clean and offered all of the amenities that we needed. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a stay in Lucerne.

The only challenge was parking our rental car. The property has an underground parking garage which is only accessible by a vehicle elevator. Upon our departure, it took us a full 20 minutes, several swears, and four people directing, to get our SUV into the elevator because of the TIGHT turn and maneuvering around other vehicles. If we had a Fiat or a smaller car, it might not have been as frustrating. We do wish we could have parked the car outside for easier accessibility. That being said, we loved the apartment otherwise and the host was wonderful.

A wonderful experience in Luzern

The apartment is spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. All the things you need (kitchen supplies, washer & dryer, etc) are available. Above all, the host Sandro has made us feel so welcomed. He's kind and patience. He also provided us info about all the nearby landmarks, restaurants, transportations, discount etc, and applied a "visitor card" for us to ride on free buses and get discounts for certain attractions. We are a family of 5 with 3 small children. This property is perfect for us because we need the space for the kids. The hotels in the center of the town can hardly provide this.

Warm Hospitality with a Homely Stay and Flexible Support from the Host

This accommodation truly feels like a home. The bed is very comfortable, and the place is fully equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen and laundry facilities. The host was very attentive and welcoming. Every piece of equipment came with clear instructions. The host’s husband also provided helpful explanations and gave great travel recommendations. There were guidebooks available for both sightseeing and using the room's facilities, which clearly showed their thoughtfulness and care.

Self check-in is not possible due to the limitations of the property, so guests need to inform the host of their expected arrival time. In some unforeseen cases, this might cause minor issues. However, the host is very flexible, extremely helpful, and exceptionally friendly, which makes the process smooth and pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at this location

It was very clean and bright, so the feeling was very welcoming from the beginning. The nice view from the terrace of apartment to the Mt Pilatus and Alps. The owner let us earlier to let our luggage's and she was so kind to present the apartment and give us information about city, place to visit or where to eat. We appreciate the kitchen that was equipped with everything we need. We had free parking inside the building. We were in March, and it was cold outside in the night, but inside was warm, with the possibility to set desired temperature. The water had good pressure on it. The mattress of the beds were very good. The area is quite, even if it's 10min walking to center. Everything looks like in the pictures so... Thank you and I definitely recommend this place!

Stunning Mountain Views from penthouse apartment

Warm, comfortable and very well equipped apartment with a stunning view of the mountains. Excellent location and very kind, helpful hosts. We appreciated the cot and high chair for our baby. This is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in! Highly recommend

Nothing, everything was lovely. If travelling with a baby or toddler be mindful that there are some large houseplants that you will have to keep the little ones away from.

Located in the heart of the city Luzern. Everything is at walkable distance. You can see the mountains from the balcony. Also a good place for the Meditation. And it is just above the bakery. You can have hot, fresh breads as a breakfast in the morning. Host were so nice. He was waiting for us to hand over the keys. House and host are super nice.

Such and amazing stay!!!

We loved our stay at this apartment in Lucerne! The location is perfect to walk to Old Town and the train station. The hosts are very friendly and helpful! There was even some milk, eggs, cheese, meat and bread waiting for us which was so helpful since we got there late and had no food! The bakery below was so convenient as well! Lastly we loved having the washer and dryer! Did I mention the views are amazing too!!!

location and close proximity to rail station. easy access to restaurants and walkable distance to chapel bridge The hosts were very good and communication was excellent. Had everything in kitchen that i would normally need and use.

required facilities were there, including a nice kitchen and utensils- this was very handy for the family dinner. comfortable accommodation with central location. the hosts provide detailed useful information and are available there for you for any questions and queries about the city, the sight seeing and the passes that are available. provision of the local free bus pass was very handy- highly recommend accommodation.
