We loved Lucerne and will contact Michelle and Yuval for our stay when we go back.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and loved the apartment. We appreciated the communications from Michelle and we give a great thank you to Yuval for welcoming us with the keys and providing us with all of the apartment information and things to do in the area. We will absolutely stay here again next time we visit!

A wonderful charming and clean apartment in a perfect location to explore Lucerne. Michelle was amazing in allowing us to check in early due to car problems. We couldn’t have asked for a better apartment or host.

We had an awesome stay!

The apartment was nice; had a lot of space, and one of the host representatives met us at the door, and sat and talked with us about the apartment, sites, restaurants, etc. The location was great and in the center of things.

It would always be nice to have a grab bar in a shower for people to get in and out of when you are stepping up or down, but not a deal breaker. We were there in late September, so the temperature with open windows was good for us, but I have no idea how it would be when it is warmer.

Great location in a quiet area

The apartment is close to the train station, chapel bridge, restaurants and shopping, but it is in a quiet area. It is spacious and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there!

Fantastic apartment with a welcoming host

Extremely helpful and friendly host with great recommendations. He came to meet us, and it felt more personal than many other apartment rentals. The place was well equipped, came with a few extras like cheese and eggs. Beds are very comfortable.

Well located apartment, a bit too pricey for what it was

The apartment was as described. Michelle met us there to show us around and give us the keys. The location was great - very walkable to the old town. Both balconies were lovely to sit on and get a feel for the neighborhood.

There were a lot of rules that we had to follow. We had to take out the trash, separate the recycle, open all the windows, start the dishwasher, take a picture of the keys and text it to the host, and more. Also, many of the neighbors were smoking cigarettes or marijuana, so be aware if you're particularly sensitive because it really permeated the whole apartment. The floors were very old and squeaky. Whenever anyone got up in the middle of the night, everyone woke up. The beds were very soft - a bit too soft for our liking.

Pleasant stay

Clean property with well stocked kitchen and two nice bedrooms. Great location and host was very helpful

One small bathroom with not much space to store things. The laundry is in the basement which is dark and a little dingy and made it a bit difficult to dry clothes but we managed.

Super hosting and excellent apartment.

Like: super host, cozy room and great balcony view. Excellent location and you can take the bus from train station, only 3 stops. When arriving the host will explain everything in detail. Will definitely come back again.

Exceptional

The location was perfect. It was close to everything. Hosts were friendly and helpful - explained everything about the apartment while showing us around it. They had a small book as well to help which contains tips as well about the city. The apartment was amazing, well designed, clean and complete. Even the baby's cot was prepared for us. We didnt have to assemble it ourselves - as compared to other places we stayed in. Parking was not far which makes it convenient. Place is baby friendly as well. If we go back in luzern we will for sure book again here.

Great hosts, great location, nice and clean

The communication with the host was wonderful! They met us before check in so that we could drop off our luggage as we were coming by the train. They gave us great instructions on how to take the bus to get to the apartment. We were able to check in before 3 which was nice also. The apartment was very clean, nice and the location was great.

An excellent place to stay!

The hosts are superb. Very fast to respond and give clear and detailed information. Very personal and friendly. The place is spacious for 4 of us with 2 rooms. The decorations are homely, and beds are firm and good. The kitchen is very well furnished to accommodate all sorts of cooking. While the washing machine and dryer are shared resources in the basement, the hosts provide detergent and coins to use them. The location of the apartment is great too as it is near to supermarkets, restaurants and railway station.

There is only one toilet In one apartment which cannot be helped since this is a conserved apartment. We do wish for more clothes storage or hanging place in the rooms.

Jana and Famz were gracious hosts that made us feel very welcome. They had a book prepared with many instructions, restaurant ideas, activities to do and much more. They were the first people we really spoke to in Switzerland and as such, made an amazing impression. We were very happy and pleased with our stay.

The location of the property is great. Accessible and local amenities within walking distance. The owners are lovely and friendly. Explained everything we could do and a very handy guidebook.

Amazing host. Explained all appliances, laundry etc. had a binder with tons of useful information on emergency numbers, restaurants, attractions, etc. follows up the next day and helped pick some sightseeing destinations - one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered!

The property location is terrific. Lucerne is an amazing city to walk around and the apartment was perfectly located. The rooms are all spacious and the furnishings are modern and comfortable.
