😭😭Our stay at these apartments was, without exaggeration, one of the most frightening and disappointing experiences we have ever had while traveling. From the moment we arrived, nothing felt right. The apartment was dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not prepared for guests. The location itself felt extremely unsafe, especially for a group of women traveling alone. But the worst part came during our stay. One day, while we were out, strangers entered our room without our permission—and they were definitely not there to clean. We later realized that a bed was secretly taken out of our room, and we never got it back. The idea that someone felt free to walk in and remove furniture while we were away made us feel incredibly vulnerable and unsafe. Staying there as women was deeply uncomfortable and honestly terrifying. The service was also shockingly bad. We asked for basic necessities like toilet paper and towels, but no one ever brought anything. After showering, we literally had nothing to dry ourselves with. On top of that, the host charged us an extra 50 CHF just because we wanted to leave our bags slightly earlier than the check-in time, which felt extremely unfair. When we refused to pay- owner said that we have 10minutes to leave the property and didn’t even listened what was happening there. The final night we had booked—we didn’t even stay. We were too scared. People kept trying to come into our room, and at that point we were completely on edge and didn’t feel safe sleeping there at all. We ended up leaving because the atmosphere had become unbearable. This was not just a disappointing stay—it was a disturbing and unsafe experience. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone. If you care about cleanliness, comfort, or most importantly your safety, please choose another place. We left feeling shaken, frightened, and deeply disappointed. No one should ever have to experience what we went through.😭😭😭😭😭

The bathroom was so dirty and it smelled a lot to tabaco

Gli asciugamani mancavano, il bagno in comune é talmente vecchio che, anche se pulito, sembrava sporco.

La posizione. Vicina al centro. Parcheggi in zona

Nessun personale ad accogliere clienti. La struttura é praticamente un palazzo con camere con porte in legno fatiscenti e bagni in comune sporchi e non gestisti.

La cocina no estaba mal

La cama era una porquería , las fotos no se corresponden a la habitación y la cocina y el baño son compartidos.

la disponibilità degli asciugamani per il bagno era descritta come compresa nel prezzo ma non ci sono stati dati, nonostante dietro mia richiesta fossero stati promessi. Comfort generale della camera da migliorare (per esempio alimentazione della abat jour da notte non disponibile, cioè l'abat jour era presente ma non c'era nessuna presa a cui collegarla). Posizione vicina al centro ma in quartiere non bellissimo

Pas trop bruyant malgré la situation

Pas possible d’aérer malgré les odeurs de tabac: la fenêtre donnait sur une véranda occupée par des fumeurs. Étant avec un enfant, ces odeurs étaient très incommodantes Je n’ai pas su comment entrer dans le bâtiment à mon arrivée: il manquait d’informations. Ensuite, accueil efficace par la femme de ménage.

Todo estuvo muy bien, y el anfitrión bastante atento
