Warm host, location ok, complete equipment. Highly recommended.

Ralph & Cherry very nice warm person & host. Ralph texted us even though he was not in Switzerland because he was traveling to Asia. Although we didn't cook, the cooking equipment was complete. Bathroom toiletries are complete, even they provide umbrellas and house slippers. Ralph said that we were lucky to be in Luzern along with the annual carnaval. My husband's charger was left behind and when we texted Ralph promised to keep it and we would take it if my husband had business back in Switzerland. Warm host, location ok, complete equipment. Highly recommended.

Frankly, the mattress and pillow were too soft for those of us who used to sleep on thick, hard mattresses. The location was a bit uphill, a bit tiring when we carried a quite heavy suitcase. And when we checked out, we were forced to walk to the main station because the road was closed because there was a carnaval schedule and many in the closing of construction but of course it wasn't location so it wasn't quite disturbing and didn't make us tired of being in this place again if we went to Luzern.

Perfect for a family of 4

Great location, short walk to Chapel Bridge. Near old walls. Perfect for a family of 4, plenty of space (access to Netflix so kids were happy), comfy beds, good shower, kitchen with all you need and cute little balcony. Also near a kids playground. Space outside so great if it snows

Excellent Stay With An Amazing Host Ralph And Cherry

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Lucerne. The place was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location is excellent—quiet yet close to the city center, public transport, and the lake. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out completely hassle-free. We truly felt at home and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Hospitality and service with a good location

1. The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you need. 2. I did not check the level of cleanliness, but considering that my chronic diseases did not worsen, it was probably very clean. 3. The owner was very polite, kind, friendly and responsive. 4. High-quality, good coffee in abundance! 5. A wonderful view from the window of the mountains and one of the towers of the city wall. 6. The windows have metal roller blinds, which allows you to sleep peacefully in the morning without fear of being awakened by excess light.

1. On the first morning, I was awakened by the noise of construction work that was taking place in the house. Someone was knocking on the wall. In addition, there was noise from road work that was being carried out on the street. 2. In general, I think that the soundproofing is not very good, because I also heard the sound of the TV on in the morning. All this did not allow me to fall asleep again and I noted fatigue, lethargy, was in an extremely bad mood and was very angry all day. 3. I also did not like that before check-in, when I requested a particularly thorough cleaning due to my chronic pulmonary diseases, the owner asked me for an additional amount. As a result, I was forced to give up the need for perfect cleanliness (which, in principle, is self-evident). Because of all this, I initially wanted to give the final score - 1 point. But nevertheless, later it seemed to me that the pros outweighed the cons.

Ralph, our host was very friendly and met us at the apartment. He gave us early check in which was great. We had a view

The view was amazing. Kitchen had all the amenities that you needed. Good location. It was comfortable and Host provided everything that you needed like chargers, cleaning supplies, umbrellas, slippers and even robes. He even provided an air conditioning unit since we were in the middle of a heat wave.

It was perfect for our family of 4.

Go for it if you don’t mind a bit walking around especially uphill.

It had amazing view. Ralph was very proactive and easy to communicate with. Place was clean and had everything we needed in it. It’s in a beautiful residential area

Magical Week in Lucerne

We can't say enough good things about our stay here. Ralph was friendly, communicative, welcoming, considerate, and accommodating, helped us get to know the area, and was just all around a great host. The apartment was very clean, very comfortable, well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay (cleaning supplies, toiletries, even house shoes!), and had easy access to everything - nearby conveniences, groceries, restaurants, and the train station. The balcony overlooks a beautiful yard and lush trees, and the view of Mt. Pilatus from the balcony is stunning. It was an amazing backdrop for morning coffee and evening drinks among a chorus of happy songbirds. The neighborhood is gorgeous, quiet, and residential with tons of beautiful gardens, and a lovely green space/park nearby. The short walk to town (10 min or so) is delightful, you can pass by furry cows and a farm stand/coffee shop and climb up the tower of the old city walls for an amazing view of the town and lake. We absolutely loved our stay here, very highly recommended!

Emplacement tranquil mais très proche du centre historique. Appartement lumineux avec terrasse et belle vue. Parking privé sur place. Disponibilité hôte et bons conseils.

Le confort du canapé lit (trop étroit pour deux adolescents, matelas trop fin pour adultes). La table à manger trop petite pour 4. L'appartement est confortable à 2, un peu limite pour 4, selon nos standards de vie. Pas d'adapteur pour prise électrique belge.

El apartamento PERFECTO existe.

Es el apartamento PERFECTO. Todo de calidad, completo, impecable, amplio y muy cerca de todos los sitios de interés de Lucerna. Se encuentra a muy poco caminando del casco histórico, muralla medieval (visible desde el departamento), y con una vista espectacular a un espacio verde y al Monte Pilatus. Párrafo aparte para Ralph, su muy atento anfitrión, quien no solamente fue excelente en todo aspecto relacionado con el apartamento, sino que tuvo la delicadeza de irnos a buscar a nuestra llegada y llevarnos a la estación de tren a la vuelta!!! Es un lugar para volver una y mil veces, y por supuesto, recomendar sin lugar dudas

관광지 안에 있으면서도 조용하고 현지인들이 사는 동네여서 분위기가 좋았고 공원으로 둘러쌓여 있었어요. 숙소 청결도와 필라투스 산이 보이는 뷰도 참 좋았어요 랄프는 정말 친절하고 우리가 필요로하는 정보를 먼저 알려주셨어요. 숙소는 아주 효율적인 동선으로 구석구석 세심한 배려가 느껴졌어요. 저희 가족이 쉽게 식사를 할 수 있게 모든 조미료와 가전이 비치되어 있어서 식사도 편하게 해 먹을 수 있었어요. 이곳에서의 모든 기억이 좋습니다.

דירה נהדרת! הכל נקי ומאובזר במה שצריך! יש אפילו נוף יפה מהמרפסת… והכל במרחק הליכה קצר למרכז העיר! הדירה מתאימה מאוד לשומרי שבת (מפתח רגיל, אין חיישני אור).

Ruhige Wohnung mit allem Drum und Dran und netter Aussicht

Sehr netter Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und bemüht. Schöne ruhige Lage. Alles sauber, viele zusätzliche Dinge im Badezimmer vorhanden (besser nicht so viel eigene Sachen wegen Platzmangel mitbringen). Kleiner Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Gute Busanbindung. Schnelles WLAN.

Wer trotz Urlaub Nachrichten verfolgen will, vermisst vielleicht einen Fernsehanschluss. Ansonsten super TV mit Netflix.

Emplacement calme tout en étant à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Lucerne. Parking voiture très pratique . Balcon donnant sur un parc avec très belle vue sur les remparts de la ville et le mont Pilatus. Hôte gentil et très réactif.

Rustig, comfortabel appartement in een grote stad

Rustige locatie, helemaal geen last van straatlawaai. Gereserveerde parking, heel wat waard in een drukke stad als Luzern. Comfortabel appartement, goed bed, alles schoon en netjes. Mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Vriendelijke host.

Bij aankomst bleek de koelkast stuk te zijn. Er werd een nieuwe geinstalleerd op onze laatste verblijfsdag, maar we vonden het wel vervelend: we hadden dit volledig uitgerust appartement gehuurd met de specifieke bedoeling om zoveel mogelijk self-catering te zijn, inclusief koken, om te ontkomen aan de peperdure Zwitserse horeca. Zonder de mogelijkheid om iets koel te houden (de buitentemperatuur was 30+) lukte dat dus niet.

Çok temiz, geniş, içinde mutfak malzemeleri, kişisel bakım malzemeleri dahil tüm ihtiyaçlar vardı. Manzara çok güzeldi. Biraz yokuş olduğu için araba ile seyahat edenler için daha uygun.
