Good location with very comfy beds.
Not many utensils to be able to cook breakfast and the cutlery drawer is so high I needed to stand on a chair to find a fork.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Zweckmässig eingerichtetes Appartement.
Keine offizielle Abstellmöglichkeit für unsere E-Bikes. Das Online-Check-in war äusserst mühsam, da die entsprechenden Anweisungen teilweise schwer verständlich waren.

Checkin war einfach vor Ort an einem Checkin Desk. Die Unterkunft mit der Infrarotkabine, der grosszügigen Wohnung mit schönem Schlafzimmer war perfekt. Alles sehr sauber und schön.
Unterschiedliche Matratzenhöhen mit einem Absatz von einigen Zentimetern - für uns nicht angenehm. Ein Missverständnis wegen einer defekten Infrarotkabine, die es dann doch nicht war, hat uns ein bisschen ärgerlich gestimmt. Ansonsten gut erreichbarer Kundendienst.
