Everything. It was the best place we stayed In Switzerland. It had all facilities. It was closer to supermarket/gas station(Coop).
It was the only place which had all facilities including washing machine and dryer. Since it was the first stop on our 12 day tour we didn’t use much of them but will definitely stay there again and will also recommend it to my family and friends. Tanja was extremely nice and approachable.

Perfekt sauber, hervorragend ausgestattet, toller Blick auf den Pilatus, ein Katzensprung nach Luzern, Supermarkt vor der Tür. Schalldichte Fenster, man hört vom Stadtlärm draußen nichts! Superbequeme Betten, einfach alles (!) da, was das Herz begehrt. Rasend schnelle Antwort bei Fragen und Problemen. Wir wären glatt länger geblieben, waren leider nur 2 Nächte hier auf Durchreise.
Eine große Baustelle vor der Tür lässt erahnen, dass die Aussicht vom Balkon bald nicht mehr so schön sein wird.

Instructions were incredible detailed and clear - so the self check in wasn't a problem at all
House was beautifully done up and Tanja's incredible eye for detail was evident in not only the design but also how every little thing required for a stay was there from tons of toys for kids to dishwasher / washing machine detergent and instructions to toiletries etc etc
Supermarket being right next door was super helpful
Location was a bit further from the city centre than i hoped - plan for 30 minutes with the bus / tram changes required
