Great stay, would definitely book this apartment again.

Great Location. Lovely apartment with underfloor heating in the bathroom. Spacious and comfortable. Easy to find and plenty of restaurants close by.

Pillows were old and lumpy Apartment very hot At check in paying deposit was a disaster. Their system didn’t work and I was charged three times. Why do they expect deposit. Other booking.com sites don’t seem to?

Great apartments right in the centre of Old Town

My friend and I each rented an apartment and we were pleasantly surprised with how spacious they both were. The apartments are within walking distance to the train station, very clean and well-equipped. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very clean. The apartments are right in Old Town and so are conveniently located for exploring Lucern's charm or close enough to the station to use as a base for exploring further. Supermarkets are nearby so it's convenient if choosing to cook in the apartment or there are lots of places to eat within walking distance. Communication with hosts was excellent!

Amazing location

I had a very lovely stay, the apartment was very nice. The lady who came to greet us and hand over the keys was great, she went into a lot of detail and helped us with any questions we had. The location was perfect, it was right in the middle of everything so no problems with that whatsoever.

Good place to stay to explore Luzern. Good location with reasonable price.

Smooth self check-in. Location is great. It locates in old town which take about 5 mins walk from train station. It closes to Nölliturm (to start walk on Musegg wall from this end). Room is very clean. When I booked I already aware that this room type is small. But the actual room is much better than I expected.

There is no elevator, need carry luggage up the stairs.

Good room but poor services

The room was quite big

You have to climb stairs at the start as our apartment was on the first floor. Atleast there should be someone to help us with the luggage as there is no lift. Utensils have to be cleaned by the guest themselves, this has to be informed prior to booking in the apartment description

Kobi Studios was an easy walk from the train, close to the river and all the sights providing a very comfortable modern

Great communication with management. Self check in. Location. Modern facility with great water pressure and WiFi. Quiet neighborhood near all the sights.

Overall it was wonderful but a couple extra spoons and towels would be appreciated.

Very clean. We got an early check in. Host was responsive. Great location and good sized room

Mattress sagged on one side so it was very uncomfortable — would recommend replacing the mattress. Housekeeping removed duvets that we had been using. Large protest one night on the plaza and the windows are not soundproof.

Excellent location in the old part of town with lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. We didn’t use the kitchen apart from from fridge. Very quiet considering inner city. Walking distance from railway station and boat quay.

Perfect for our three night stay

Location is excellent with many shops, attractions, restaurants, bars and cafes within close proximity. Supermarket nearby and around fifteen mins walk from the station.

It was a little like a hotel room in size but was very serviceable. A bit expensive for this reason but it was described as a studio so don’t expect a huge floor space. The pillows were really uncomfortable.

The location and self check-in

The room was very small. It stated there was air con which was not the case, it was a portable and loud air con unit. We couldn’t have this or the fan on while we slept despite it being hot as they were both very noisy. We were unable to sleep as one of the windows was bolted open (a diy botch job) so could hear all noises outside. There was a constant whirring noise which prevented us from sleeping.

This property checked all the boxes! Fantastic location, and a great little square with the most amazing bakery right outside the door, it was exceptionally clean, very modern and stylish, great air conditioning, great shower and great kitchen facilities!

Good value in old town Lucerne, with a very responsive staff but a few compromises as well.

The location was fantastic, right in the old town and only a couple of blocks from the train station. It's been described as a 15-minute walk to the train station, but if you are willing to go up some moderate stairs from one square to another, it's about an 8-minute walk. Very quiet. Very kind and attentive hosts. The apartments are varied in size. We rented 2. The deluxe apartment was very big, with lovely windows overlooking the square. Both apartments had nice bathrooms, good beds, full-size refrigerators, and cooking appliances. An excellent deal for Lucerne.

The smaller apartment we rented was very tiny and looked out onto a blank wall about two feet away. It was air-conditioned, which was a necessity, as we were there on a day with far above-normal temperatures. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was just a portable unit vented out the window. This unit took many hours to cool down the tiny room. The very nice, larger apartment had no air conditioning, and I think I assumed that, since the more basic apartment had air conditioning, this one would as well.

The location is great and the self check-in option is useful. It's a good place if you want to stay in the old town and also want to have some space for cooking etc. It's very nicely equipped, especially for longer stays.

We knew there's no lift but the stairs are quite small so quite a bit of a chore to bring up larger bags. The room size is fairly small but well equipped. We were allowed to store our luggage after check out until 3pm only

Perfectly located place with a lot of charm to explore Luzern.

The location in Old Town was perfect. Easy walk from train station and everything we wanted to explore in Luzern. I loved the beams and rustic charm of the top floor apartment. That is what sold me when booking. We are short so they were a lovely feature but a warning to tall people, the beams may be a bit low.

I knew when I booked we were on the fourth floor with no lift, so not a complaint but anyone with a lot of luggage be aware it’s hard work getting it to the apartment. Could use some more cooking equipment like a bigger frypan.
