Steve is an excellent host. Good value for money

The location was excellent, just across the bridge from the middle of town. Train and Bus station accessible by foot. Nice quiet area.

Comfortable B&B in great location

I had a great 4-day stay. Both Steve and Emma were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location is great. 2 blocks from River Ness and super easy to walk to city center. The room was good. Quiet, private and comfortable. The breakfast was extensive and a good way to start the day. And when I needed help to find a very early morning taxi to take me to the airport Emma handled all the logistics.

Highly recommended for a cozy homely stay with a lovely host :)

The bnb was really pretty and cozy :) Surroundings were peaceful but easily accessible (10min walk) to more touristy areas in town with lot of food and music options. Steve was a great host who served delicious fresh breakfast every morning and helped us out with apt recommendations accompanied with pleasant conversations :) I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a more homely feeling in a rustic city.

The bed was a little small for me and my tall friend. It seems like smaller beds are normal in the UK though. We felt that at other places too. Else, no complains :)

Acer Glen B & B is well situated and Steve is a very friendly host.

The breakfasts were very good; the location was excellent; Steve was a very convivial, caring host. He catered very well for my gluten-free diet.

The bed in my room was very poor: it tilted down from the wall; the pillows were extremely uncomfortable: they gave no support whatsoever and made my neck ache; the bed felt tired and lumpy. Sadly, I didn't get a single good night's sleep on any night.

Perfect stay in Inverness

Great bed&breakfast, quite centrally located while still being in a quite part of Inverness; close to the river and to some bars. The host was great and helpful, and made us tasty breakfast on-demand. Great coffee in the room.

A lovely endpoint for my NC500 trip

-Steve is a great host -nice brekkie, homemade jam/marmalade -really comfy bed & duvet -coffee & tea arrangements in the room were very comprehensive, love that!

-WiFi signal not great in my room (not an issue for me because I have unlimited mobile data) -shower pressure wasn’t too strong

Great deal, close to everything you need. Owner made you feel like family

What a great little place. The owner Steve was amazing. He did it all and did an amazing job. You can tell he loves what he does. He made the best breakfast. Such a happy and pleasant to speak with. Close to trains and amazing restaurants. A fun city Good location to take tours to Isle of Sky, lock Ness etc.

A great stay, but a little noisy

Breakfast was excellent; the room was well sized and well appointed, good shower. Nice selection of tea, coffee etc in the room. Steve is friendly and was very accommodating of my request to drop my bag earlier in the day.

The only real issue is internal noise in the room. I had the downstairs room, which is next to the kitchen, and also below a squeaky floorboard and a noisy waste stack. It's fine as long as everyone upstairs and to the side stays quiet!

Steve, the owner of B&B is very nice and provided excellent service to me including preparing a delicious breakfast to me. The room as well as the hotel are tidy and clean. The location of hotel is closed to the train and bus station.

Had a fantastic stay!

We had a great stay at Acer Glen B&B. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The host was pleasant and helped us with our bags and with getting a parking permit. The location was perfect and the breakfast was good too.

Lovely BnB, in a perfect location for getting around central Inverness on foot.

Friendly host, with some funny stories to tell when he has a minute. Breakfast was lovely and the bed very comfortable. TV was in a sensible place, and the room very clean. The BnB is in an ideal place to get anywhere in central Inverness, including some lovely eating places. It's also within an easy walk to access public transport links to places around Inverness, and far beyond.

Steve was so so kind and knowledgeable about the area, he had great recommendations for what to do and how to get there. The room was neat and clean and comfortable, and the breakfast options every morning were delightful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This is very minor, but the most annoying thing was coming back after checking in and having some trouble with the door. When checking in it would have been nice to have been told that you have to put a little force behind getting it open.

A good place for a stop in Inverness.

A nice property that was easy to find just off the foot bridge across the river. The breakfast was great. Steve was a very good host.

The bed for our liking was very soft. It seem like I was trying to roll to the center to stay on. Maybe just a personal preference but a bit firmer mattress would have been better for us.

The location was excellent and within minutes of the shops, bars and restaurants The owner was very pleasant, helpful with breakfasts which were excellent by the way served ontime.

Only a small point but the light above the mirror over the sink was not working.

Very nice breakfast and perfect place to rest!

The facilities were very cute and provided a lot of comfort for us to rest after long days visiting the Isle of Skye. Location was very central in Inverness and Steve was the kindest to us. The breakfast was made by himself, every morning, at our requested time - and there's lots of options to choose from, including a veggie sausage (which was perfect, since we're both vegetarian). I recommend this B&B for sure.

Well, the only bad (or not so good) thing I can point out was specific to our room: the noisy bed. I could not enter the bed without a very loud sound happening. However, not a big deal at all.
