The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had an excellent shower. The breakfast options were also very good
The check-in procedure could have been explained a little better.

Enjoyed my stay, met my needs and exceeded my expectation
There was nothing I didn't like

Size of room for 3 was brilliant.
Size of bathroom- bit small but was manageable

Great location. 2 min walk to The River House restaurant and then over the bridge to town for more restaurants, bars, and shopping. Hotel has 2 parking passes available on first come first serve basis and free parking from 5pm-10am.very detailed instructions for everything.
Heaters are on timers and it was turned off in the morning so you wake up cold and your towel warmer is cold in the morning.

This is a typical B&B in an old building, furnished with used but very nice furniture. The B&B location was great. The staff was very pleasant helpful. The continental breakfast was basic, but very adequate. We thought that the price was reasonable. We would stay there again.
The weather had turned a bit chilly while we were in Inverness, and the room heating system didn't provide enough warmth in the evenings. However, our host provided a portable heater which provided just enough warmth.

Central location
Worse shower we’ve experienced so far, and when you are travelling. Interiors were tired. Full self service, so didn’t interact with any staff

Well located in centre of Inverness. Easy to find. Easy to park and with parking permit available. Exceptionally clean and tidy room. Very new looking and recently decorated. Shower room good. Very comfortable.
Nothing. All good.

The room was lovely and clean. There was tea and coffee in the room which was a nice suprise. Easy to get to from the train station
While I was staying there the wifi connection was poor, it disconnected a lot

Very good location, the city center is absolutely near. Parking is easy with the permit provided by the hotel.
The place is overpriced. Breakfast (not a very wide choice continental, only one kind of cheese, one kind of meat) is 7 to 9. We were there at 8.30, all the cheese but one slice was gone, the host was nowhere near to replace it.

Good communication. Realistically priced room. Good breakfast. Easy access to centre of Inverness across river.
Bike stored outside. Host tried to micro manage upon arrival which was not needed.

Clean, comfortable and easy to use. Everything was as or better than expected and was certainly my good value when compared to what the hotels are charging
Nothing really. Okay it was small but I expected that

Super location, easy self check in / out. Good sized room for single occupancy. Everything worked, plenty of UK power points, including USB charging points, and I could open the window easily (not always possible on some venues). Good ensuite shower. OUTSTANDING and expeditious communication from the owners, albeit this was a virtual experience as this a self service style business model, indeed, I was hesitant about this at first but now a I am a real convert to it as it suited my needs perfectly and gave me total flexibility (local hospital appointment when using public transport) I will DEFINITELY use No29 again for this and business. Unfortunately as I was 'Nil by Mouth' for my operation' so I was unable to have any breakfast but as I left @6am I had a quick glance into the breakfast area which was nicely set up ready for service with what appeared to be a good array of continental breakfast items. This said there were ample tea & coffee facilities in my room on my arrival + complimentary biscuits ( see extremely small observation below about this)
Absolutely nothing at this price point, but just one wee observation re Tea and Coffee, although nice, there were no decafe options which made my very early morning pre op last drink impossible as only caffeinated drinks available BUT there was a lovely 1L bottle of tap water decanted. As said, at this price point, it did NOT impinge on my customer experience in ANY way whatsoever!

I felt like I was at home! Very cozy and cute! It was close to everything, close to the train station and the downtown area.
Would have preferred a check out at 11

Delightful stay. No 29 is a beautifully kept house, clean tidy with a lot of attention to detail - from the well tended front garden full of roses to the excellent buffet breakfast. House plants and ornaments abound without any sense of clutter. The room was compact but well organised with a nice shower . A reasonable price for a comfortable stop over The breakfast buffet is far more comprehensive than might be expected.
Nothing really ...

Very handy for the city centre . Very clean with excellent fluffy towels.
Fortunately l had a room on the first floor , l wouldn’t have liked to have to take heavy luggage up the steeper stairs.

I would say that the location was one of my favourites, the walk to the town center is lovely with all the beautiful houses on the way. Also, I had a little issue with one towel, and in less than 5 min, they replace it. So service was excellent. Breakfast was also great. I would totally come back!

I was worried that only a continental breakfast was available but in fact there was plenty of choice including the option to make myself a lovely pot of real coffee! The single room was spotless, good quality and comfortable. Someone helped me with my luggage up to the second floor.

Nothing comes to mind that I did not like.

Location was good.
I’m not a fan of self check in. As a blind person I think it should be stated far more clearly before booking.

Property was super clean and functional. Very close walk to town but situated in a quiet residential area. Rooms were of good size with own bathroom. Continental breakfast was great with lots of options.
Nothing. It was excellent.

Location was great. Easy to check in. Property provided parking passes to park on the street. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options.
While the breakfast had lots of options, the muffins , scones and other baked goods were not fresh.

Location was excellent. The host worked out free parking across the street
Inverness is super pricey so this place is decent value BUT it is a small room. Breakfast was limited and basic. We were there on a Saturday night so the pub across the street was loud.

Room was very clean. Bathroom was good. Location was excellent. Breakfast was well presented and a good selection. Parking with the property loaned permit was easy.
Street noise on the second night (Saturday night)

Well located just over the pedestrian bridge to downtown. Quaint building. Our room was very small but it was clean and comfortable with a cozy feel and very interesting artwork.
The shower had an on demand hot water system. The system had two dials with no directions and I scalded myself. Fortunately I was spraying the water into my hand at the time or this could have been much worse. There is no way the water in a hotel should ever be that hot. Although we enjoyed the French press coffee we found the breakfast to be underwhelming at best. I would compare it to the breakfast at a Comfort Inn.

Location is excellent, just across river via footbridge. Convenient yet lovely and quiet.
The continental buffet breakfast was well done and had lots on offer.
Oh, and the existence of a well run laundromat opposite the B and B was a wonderful bonus ( travellers who gave been on the road for several weeks really appreciate this happy coincidence!)
Any criticism would be nitpicking
This is a good place for a single traveller like me, who appreciates privacy and sone degree of comfort .

Great location, close to the bus station and railway station, so you can easily visit the near-by sights! Close to restaurants as well, pretty much everything is just a short walk away. Staff is super friendly, breakfast is great and you have plenty to choose from!

Very helpful staff. Lovely breakfast.
I drew a bath and when my husband tried to draw one no more hit water so he went without.
