definitely a place to recommend if you‘re planning to stay in Lake Como area. The Host Jonathan and Maria Grazia were in

Calm and beautiful area, easily accessible by car and bus. The Apartment itself was fully equipped and clean

Where to stay

Everything, immaculate clean, very comfortable beds - even bunkbeds, Mrs grazia was very nice and give us lots of information about our stay and what restaurants around area. A great place to stay.

Pleasant

Quiet location, plenty of space for a family of 4. Host is very friendly and we communicated via translate app without issues. We got a gift when we arrived :).

Everything was nice until the last night of our stay. An alarm went off in the middle of the night which we did not know what happened. I called the host but it was not possible for them to check or turn off the alarm. It took at least one hour before it went off by itself or someone else turned it off. We had to leave early next morning to catch our flight so the sleep was already shortened. This combined with the alarm incident made the night really unpleasant. Another minor note: we had to pay for our linen (15 euro per person) which came as a surprise. Would appreciate that being notified upfront.

Lots of room, but basically furnished and equipped

Maria was really kind and helpful as we arrived later than expected because of flight delays

There was very little kitchen equipment or cups,plates, bowls. There were not enough lamps or bedside tables and, apart from the main bedroom the other beds were really basic and uncomfortable.

Bella posizione, peccato la mancanza di uno spazio esterno privato.

la posizione tranquilla. Gestori disponibili e rapidi nelle risposte. Gentili. Da Magreglio partono diverse passeggiate nelle montagne circostanti, molte direttamente nei boschi. Questo è stato un aspetto molto apprezzato. Vicina la menaresta, con la sorgente del Lambro, e il buco della pecora, una piccola e suggestiva grotta visitabile poco distante, con un po' di contorsioni per passare nella seconda camera.

l'assenza di un'area esterna privata, l'accesso avviene tramite un balcone, in comune con un appartamento a fianco. I vicini per raggiungere la loro camera passavano davanti alla nostra porta e al nostro spazio esterno dove c'è il tavolino con due sedie. Dal balcone, tramite una scala, si scende al cancelletto pedonale di uscita / entrata ai due appartamenti. C'è anche un microgiardino, in realtà non lo abbiamo mai usato perchè incassato tra le case e molto piccolo (sarà 3 x 3 metri). Noi abbiamo due cagnoline, i vicini avevano un cane, avremo preferito una sistemazione con uno spazio esterno privato, in modo da poter tenere la porta aperta senza dover legare i cani. Per il resto piccole cose, che tuttavia, pensando ai costi, mi sarei immaginato di avere sistemate in poche ore (siamo rimasti solo una settimana).

Location sympathique dans une magnifique région.

La location est idéalement située pour une découverte de la région du lac de Côme, randonnées ou même pousser jusqu'à Milan ( ce que nous avons fait en train depuis Asso ). Commerces et restaurants sont également faciles d'accès. Les échanges avec les hôtes ont été très cordiaux et très rapides. Un vrai bonheur ! Et un grand merci.

Léger manque d'équipement dans le matériel de la cuisine. L'appartement est sous le toit et la fenêtre est un peu petite ce qui crée un manque de luminosité. Mais nous avons passé ttes nos journées à l'extérieur alors ce n'est pas si grave. La terrasse pour manger dehors est un peu loin de la cuisine ( et séparée par un escalier ).
