This is a wonderful place to spend a vacation in! It is located by the Como lake but in a small town that is not so touristy which was an advantage for us. Terrace and the view from it was perfect. Distance to Bellagio by car is approx 10 minutes but you can also take the ferry from Limonta :) Views of the Como lake and the mountains were the most beautiful that we've seen! Contact with Marzia was great, she was very helpful, thank you! I highly recommend it.

The house is very cozy and clean, with a wonderful full view of Lake Como. It’s also very close to Bellagio center.
Marzia, who welcomed us, was very kind and friendly.
I was a bit surprised by the lack of some basic amenities in the house. Essentials like hand soap in the bathroom were not provided, and we had to purchase everything ourselves (salt, pepper, oil, hand soap..etc), even for a short stay.
This was a bit inconvenient, especially as grocery stores are not very easy to access nearby.

Przyjemny dom. Super lokalizacja, lekko na uboczu. Piękne widoki z tarasu i okien. Meble starawe, ale czyste, zadbane i z klimatem. Pełne wyposażenie kuchni, plus grill gazowy na zewnątrz. Bardzo miła i komunikatywna pani zarządzająca domem.
Skrzypiące sprężyny w rozkładanym fotelu, WiFi działa bardzo wolno - warto mieć pakiet danych komórkowych. Kuchnia bardzo ciasna. druga łazienka w piwnicy. Na górze w łazience bardzo wąska wanna. Śmieci trzeba wozić samochodem, ale to przypadłość całego regionu.

The view is the biggest selling point of the apartment. This what makes the price tag.
We were welcomed and provided with the most essential information about the location.
The table tennis in the basement is a great extra for free time.
Unfortunately the comfort can be significantly improved..
Biggest down point is the furniture in the living room. It is very old and rundown. Highly advise to replace it or just for the owner to try sit on it to get an impression.
The kitchen is tiny that two people are already too many. The cuttlery is probably from the same age as the furniture..
