The house has a lot of potential when the renovation will be completed. It is located right next to a small creek.
The house was consistently cold and we had to beg the owner every day to turn the heating on. The house is still under construction - the wires are coming out of the wall, the flooring is falling apart, etc. The kitchen appliances are in poor condition - oven tray is heavily leaking as it is made from two separate parts, the induction is taped with duck tape which is melting and the large zone of induction is not working. It makes cooking for a large group of people almost impossible.
