Comfortable apartment, not yet quite ready

The apartment is new and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the linen and the towels are of high quality. The kitchen is small but very well equipped. We spent nice time on the terrace that was heading towards the park. Many activities close by.

There are too few parking lots and it was not always possible to park in front of the house. Even though there is word “spa” in the name there is currently no spa but a pool is being built. Unfortunately it was a bit loud already early in the morning as the construction work started. There is no air conditioning in the apartment.

Clean, great location for hiking, satellite channels, access to recycle, doggie clean up station a really great extra touch!

WiFi did NOT work. This was a work get away so it was required. It’s too simple and for the cost of the apartment wifi needs to work. While it was a brand new facility and you must know I’m a decorator by trade so things that were not good for me are very particular to my taste. No room in the kitchen for food prep or storage of food. When people rent apartments its not to eat out every meal. Great appliances! But no room for food prep. The rain head shower is just not strong enough. The shower did have a hand held shower nozzle which is great but it was hung so low in the shower that when you used it no matter how hard you tried water went everywhere out of the walk in shower. The shower needs a sliding door.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Urlaubswoche zwischen den Jahren.

Wir wohnten in einem sehr schönen Appartement, welches wunderbar ruhig an einen kleinen Park angrenzte. Es gab kostenlose Parkplätze. Besonders toll fanden wir den Spa-Bereich im Keller des Hauses in dem man wundervoll entspannen konnte. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und werden sicher gerne wiederkommen.

Das kleine Apartment war für die zwei Personen, die wir waren, ausreichend. Es war gut ausgestattet und lag in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der Wellnessbereich war hervorragend. Unsere Wanderziele waren mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber bezüglich des aufgetretenen Problems (Spülmaschine defekt, siehe unten) funktionierte gut.

Die Küche war sehr kompakt. Leider funktionierte die Spülmaschine nicht. Im Eingangsbereich wäre eine Ablagemöglichkeit für (nasse) Schuhe wünschenswert, oder zumindest Putzlappen. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Saunatücher waren etwas zu kurz. Auf längeren Tüchern könnte man sich auch hinlegen. Zum Glück hatten wir eigene Tücher dabei.

Gelungener, entspannter Aufenthalt über Silvester! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Unser Appartment (A1.1) war in der Villa Diamant im EG gelegen. Für uns die perfekte Lage. Sehr schöne komfortable Ausstattung. Das Bad ist besonders hervorzuheben. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Fußbodenheizung, die freundlichen Ansprechpartner waren sehr bemüht es zügig zu lösen. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich!

Leider wird die Sauna erst ab 16 Uhr betrieben, was dazu führt, dass die meisten um dieser beliebten Uhrzeit zum Wellnessen gehen. Dafür gab es aber zu wenige Liegen, so musste ich die „Ruhephasen“ zwischen den Saunagängen teilweise an einer Sitzgruppe oder stehend verbringen. Es gibt für jeden Gast einen Leihbademantel und EIN Saunatuch sowie eine Tasche, allerdings im Wellnessbereich keine Möglichkeit das Handtuch zu tauschen oder ein zweites Handtuch zum Abtrocken oder eine Liegenabdeckung (wie ich es aus anderen Wellnesshotels kenne) zu holen.

Super Preis-Leistung

Der Wellnessbereich war sehr luxuriös ausgestattet mit mehreren Saunen. Die Ferienwohnung war luxuriös ausgestattet mit extrem viel Platz und sehr bequemen Betten. Preis-Leistung sehr gut.

Trzeba wziac po uwage, że w niemczech duzo osob chodzi bez ubram w strefie spa, ale pod sam koniec bylysmy już same i moglysmy czuc sie komfortowo w recznikach :)

Topvakantie!

Echt een fantastisch appartement. Het was super schoon, luxe en prachtig ingericht. De bedden lagen heerlijk en alles wat je nodig kan hebben is in het appartement aanwezig. Mooie spa en leuk zwembad. Speeltuin voor het appartement is super leuk voor de kinderen en er is een leuk barretje aanwezig.

Top Ferienanlage in Nähe der Bayerischen Königsschlösser

Sehr gute Lage am Kurpark und als Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch der Königsschlösser, eine sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung incl. eigener Sauna, was für uns klasse war, da wir fast 8 Tage richtig schlechtes Wetter hatten, excellente Mülltrennung, Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden

Komfortabel und sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich neu und sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und auch der Wellness-Bereich ist toll. Diesen haben wir gern genutzt, da wir leider Pech mit dem Wetter hatten. Der Check-In und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super und unkompliziert. Handtücher wurden auf Nachfrage direkt am nächsten Tag gewechselt. 👍 wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Das Appartement und die Anlage war sehr ansprechend und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Ich hoffe und wünsche mir dass die Anlage viele Jahre so sein wird wie sie jetzt ist!!!!

Traumhafter und erholsamer Urlaub im Ostallgäu.

Eine außergewöhnlich saubere und neuwertige Unterkunft. Es war alles vorhanden. Tolle Betten. Wir haben hier besser geschlafen als zu Hause. Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am Kurpark mit einem schönen Spielplatz und Minigolfanlage. Tolle Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Im Ort und der näheren Umgebung gibt es auch nette Restaurants sowie einen Supermarkt und zwei Bäcker. Der Pool ist natürlich ein Highlight für eine Ferienwohnung. Massagen haben wir auch in Anspruch genommen, war auch super. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Perfekte Erholung

Perfekt - Ausstattung, Lage, alles wirklich super. Es gibt einen Bäcker und Supermarkt fußläufig, Minigolf vor der Haustür.., Aber der Knaller sind die Betten, ich habe noch nie so gut geschlafen auswärts wie hier.

Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu kritisieren. Außer vielleicht, dass die Sauna gerne etwas länger in Betrieb sein dürfte am Abend :)

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen :). Die Anlage ist wunderschön, moderne schöne Ferienwohnung. Alles da was man braucht. Eine mega schöne Umgebung. Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen :)

Das einzigste was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war das die Küche kein Tageslicht Fenster hatte und man ohne Licht im Dunkeln sass.
