Spacious and clean - functional

This is temporarily and due to the hot weather - the apartments was really hot and the split air conditioning could not really cool down (it was outside around 35C)…

Large clean apartment with plenty of room to spread out. Located close to Munich central station and a short walk to Old Town. Had all the facilities - kitchen, washing machine. Good wifi. Air conditioner was very welcome in 35 deg summer heat! I like the fact the rubbish was taken out for you and not the guest having to do it as in many other apartments

Could have a few more utensils for cooking such as a large spoon, tongs, cheese grater and proper chopping and bread knives Could also have a couple of extra pillows

No lounge in the building

Close to train station, Ubahn trams and busses. Grocery store closeby. Air conditioning was a Godsend!!! Apartment is large. Has Netflix and Prime

The communication with owner was very difficult. We got our check in information a couple hours before checking in. Parking was a nightmare since they didn’t answer their phones for us to park in their parking lot. The drying function in the washer/dryer didn’t work and there weren’t many kitchen utensils to work with. No stopper for the kitchen sink made it difficult to wash our dishes. The windows don’t block out ANY sound so every morning between 5:30-6:30 we would hear the street cleaners passing, along with late -night party dwellers yelling in the street. It was very expensive for what it was and just on the limit of a dubious neighborhood (nude dancer bars, etc…)
