Conlon House Central

Everything was super! 1. The equipment all here : Bed, sofa bed, kitchen and TV are of high quality and also the apartment itself is very modern and newly built. 2. The location is super. It is only one stop from the Munich central station and also you can walk from the station, which takes you 10-15 mins. 3. Right back of the apartment, there is a big shopping mall so you can get everything there- Lidl, Edeka and Rewe, DM, etc,. 4. The Host, Ben and Sara are not just a bystanders, but they are very attentive to the guests. I messaged them twice and all were answered within mins. 5. Else The cleaning team does a weekly service and does a good clean job. - there is also a separate homeoffice zone, where you can work in a good and relieving atmosphere. - there are two washing machines and two dryers, which work easily with QR codes. Overall, we stayed for about a month and everything was super and fabulous :)

Notre fils demeure à Munich. On voulait un appartement près de chez lui. On marchait 35 minutes pour s’y rendre et revenir en fin de journée. Emplacement tranquille. La communication était fluide. Ménage fait à la semaine. Je retournerais sans hésiter si nous devons revenir garder nos petits enfants.

Rien à signaler. Seulement suggestions. Verres à vin avec la vaisselle. Plus de shampooing, conditionneur. Tout était parfait.

Súper bueno

Nowy hotel, dobry standard, winda, czysto, ładnie, pralka, suszarka w piwnicy. Poza tym dobra lokalizacja, bardzo blisko stacja metra, sklep, restauracje, niedaleko Hbf, więc łatwy dojazd.

System odbioru kodu do pokoju nie działa prawidłowo, obsługa telefoniczna, dopiero po długim tłumaczeniu o co chodzi rozumie problem. Jest to tym bardziej niepokojące, że nie byłem jedyną osobą, która miała problem z dostaniem się do pokoju i kilkanaście dni po moim przyjeździe spotkałem na ulicy kolejnego gościa hotelowego, który miał ten sam problem co ja. Chyba lepiej byłoby zorganizować tradycyjną recepcję z osobą, która daje klucze, albo zrobić coś z systemem informatycznym, który stwarza problemy. Poza tym ekipa sprzątająca wchodzi do pokoju otwierając kodem, a w pokoju nie ma sejfu, więc nie miałem pewności, czy moje rzeczy są bezpieczne.
