Propre, facile d'accès, accueil efficace, environnement calme, bon accès aux transport en commun, grande surface et salle de sport juste en face de l'appartement, salle de douche parfaite

Sehr liebe Vermieterin, äußerst zuvorkommend sowie freundlich. Unterkunft, in guter Lage Fitness sowie Rewe direkt gegenüber. Bus, sowie U-Bahn Anbindung ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Apartment ist sauber, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Mehrere Schlafmöglichkeiten. Viel vorhanden, Küche, Bad etc. super ausgestattet. Sehr tolles Konzept mit einem Tauschangebot von Lebensmitteln wie Tee gegen etwas was man da lassen möchte :)! Große Flexibilität der Vermieterin vorhanden. Man merkt es wird sich viel Mühe gegeben. Nur zu empfehlen! :)

Unterkunft in ruhiger Randlage von München trotzdem verkehrsgünstig mit ÖPNV. 15 Min bis in die Stadt. In 100m Entfernung ein Supermarkt. Alles sehr sauber und die Besitzerin sehr nett.
Bedingt durch das Dachgeschoss ist für große Personen ab 1,8m der Komfort in der Unterkunft eingeschränkt. Die Duschkabine ist zu klein. Raucher müssen leider zum Rauchen das Grundstück verlassen um Geruchsbelästigung zu vermeiden. Es gibt keine TV, nur Netflix.

Lage sehr zentral, weshalb man nachts auch die Autos hörte hörte. Geschäfte in der Nähe.
Vermieterin wollte einen Schaden von uns bezahlt haben, den wir nicht verursacht hatten. Türgi den wir nicht verursacht haben. Türgriffe sind nicht fest weshalb der Türgriff bei unserem Eintreffen auf dem Boden lag. Dieser soll eine Bodenfliese beschädigt haben
