The location is fantastic, very convenient to the train station and central Munich. Clean and functional. The second bedroom is very spacious.

The kitchen supplies were very simple and not extensive. (For example, no bowls.) The only table is in the second bedroom, but our family made it work.

Väga hea asukohaga korter. Täitis eesmärgi - oli vaja peatumiskohta üheks ööks rongijaama lähedal. Hea suur voodi, meeldis, et minu magamistoast sai otse vannituppa.

The location is excellent: close to both the main train station and the old town. The apartment is spacious enough for five people, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is particularly large and comfortable. The bathrooms and beds were clean.

The apartment is quite dark and not very cosy. It feels a bit run-down and could benefit from some renovation. There was also an unpleasant odour in the apartment throughout our stay. The photos showed carpets as well as a sofa in the dining area, but there were none of these. The floors throughout the apartment were very dirty (our socks and feet became visibly dirty after walking around barefoot). The shower water was only lukewarm at best. One of the bedrooms didn't have enough power sockets, so we had to charge our phones in the bathroom. The balcony door was faulty and could not be fully closed or locked. I reported this to the host but never received a reply. Communication before check-in was confusing. I received messages from both the management company and the host, and they seemed unaware of each other's communication.
