Modern Apartment in the center of Munich

Sauber, praktisch und sehr gut gelegen. Anton war sehr flexibel und freundlich. Diese Wohnung war für uns die ideale Basis für unseren Aufenthalt in München.

The host is really nice, taught us how to use the washing machine, and helps us found the necklace!

Location about 20 min on foot of Marienplatz and 10 of the Central Station. The apartment has a big living room with an extensible bed and a bedroom (no door between them), kind of separated. Good bed, good sleep, no noise. Also, a shared terrace. Very clean, very secure (locked street gate, locked building entrance), with a parking spot on the basement of the building. The windows have metal sliding blinds. The bathroom is well equipped, clean and big enough. Nice TV. One needs a moment to figure out how it works... Anton was useful, kind and available.

No coffee machine. No microwaves. The instructions about the key location and the use of WiFi could be better.

Хорошая цена за квартиру с парковкой. Если вам нужен паркинг близко от центра и вы не готовы платить за это неимоверные деньги, эта квартира подходит.

Было грязно, я бы посоветовала заказывать все же клининг и хотя бы иногда мыть окна и кухню. Только два больших полотенца на 4х человек. Сломанный диван. Бесконтактное заселение, но инструкции все равно отправляют не заранее, а только когда вы уже у квартиры. Т.е. нам пришлось платить на паркинг сразу, а потом парковаться в гараже. К тому же нам дали сразу неверный номер телефона. На правильном номере трубку не снимают, а только WhatsUp сообщения. Район не самый благоприятный.
