The apartment is conveniently located, just over a 10-minute walk from the central station and 7–8 minutes from Neuhauser Straße, the city's main shopping and touristic area.The surrounding area has a working-class atmosphere and a large population of Arabs and Turks; while it is convenient due to the abundance of shops and restaurants, but there are also establishments like casinos and night clubs, too. There are no issues regarding public safety.I upload some photos of the surrounding area.

The apartment is somewhat old, and the view from the terrace is poor, looking only at the back of the same building (I upload a photo). It was kept reasonably clean, and there were no issues in that regard. Occasionally, groups of Arab or Turkish children would run through the building and play pranks by ringing the doorbell, but this wasn't a major problem. The biggest issue was the lack of communication from the owner; when we asked for entry instructions three days before arrival, we received no reply at all—causing us anxiety—and only got the information the day before we arrived (we felt that this type of communication was likely standard for the owner, reflecting a different business culture from other people).It might be because it's Munich, but we felt the prices were a bit high.

Розташування чудове, неподалік від вокзалу. Окремі просторні кімнати, є багато місця для відпочинку. Ліжка зручні, білизна чиста. Дві ванні кімнати, що важливо для великої кампанії. Затишно. Є балкон. На кухні є все, що треба: техніка, посуд, столові прилади, чай, кава, рідина для миття посуду. Господарі були дуже дружелюбні. Ціна цілком помірна.

Мабуть, нам не вистачало шафи для одягу у вітальні чи в коридорі. Мало, на мій погляд, безкоштовних телевізійних каналов. Для великої кампанії хотілося би трохи більше розеток

La posizione rispetto al centro è perfetto, 15 min a piedi e sei arrivato. Proprio in parte all'appartamento c'è una gelateria che fa anche crostate/caffe buono. La struttura era pulita sia all'interno che dall'esterno.

Pulizia scarsa e frigorifero molto sporco
