Very nice and modern 3-room apartment with a balcony in downtown Munich, close to many attractions, shopping, restaurants, and excellent public transportation.

Very convenient to train station, and a short walk to great areas.

The property itself was as described and was very pleasant for our family of 4. The space was nice and clean and we enjoyed the air conditioning on the hot days. We were not crazy about the neighborhood/surrounding area but were only there a few days so we made it work. Location to train station was helpful though as we used that daily.

Shower head blocked in main bathroom blocked, sink in main bathroom blocked. Lift not working so had to take up luggage 7 floors not good for travellers with lots of luggage prams etc.
