The 110 m2 light-flooded top floor apartment w/gallery is in a single family home in a peaceful and central location near Hönigschmidplatz. The equipment is new and high quality (Rolf Benz leather couch, massive wood cabinets), new high-quality built in kitchen, spacious bathroom with tub, separate WC, parquet and natural stone floors. Washing machine available, dryer for shared usage in cellar. Because ot the large living-in kitchen and the spatious living-room the property is in particular suited for larger groups of up to 7 persons.

Great apartment and excellent location for a family of 5 with 3 adults and 2 older teens. Short walk to the EDEKA market (50 m) and close to public transit stops. Plenty of space for my family for sleeping and lounging at night. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking our own meals, and having access to a washing machine was an added bonus after 7 days of travel. Host (Regina) was very responsive to email communications, making the check-in process a breeze. I would highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Munich!

Family holiday in Germany to visit friends and see the area! We had a rental car to see some of the outlying towns and this location was great for that! We were further from the downtown area than we thought but we were able to walk to the tram.

The property was very spacious and light. It was very convenient to the bus stop and market. My son and I had plenty of room to enjoy our week in Munich. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting.

The apartment is fantastic, the living room has a huge TV with ample seating, and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates and glasses etc, the apartment was very clean, and the instructions to the apartment were very easy to follow. We wished we could stay longer. Highly recommeded!
