Simply perfect !

We primarily went to ski in Saalbach (Fieberbrunn is 11 min. by car), so the location of the accommodation right in the next smaller ski resort pleasantly surprised us: cross-country skiing track right in front of the accommodation, 200m to the cable car and a lighted trail for evening walks as well as sledding. And the private sauna after a full day of skiing was amazing...

Wonderful Experience | Vacation as a Couple/ Family

We stayed at the "Alpinresidenzen" for the second time and, once again, truly enjoyed our time. The location is perfect if you travel by car, with plenty of activities in the surrounding area and within a decent reach, also accessible by bike. The apartment's modern and cozy design as well as the layout were great, making it very comfortable. We appreciated that most of the windows in Top 4 were equipped with mosquito nets. The property management/ one of the staff members on-site was extremely kind and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for things to do in the area, etc. We can highly recommend the accommodation, whether you travel as a couple, with friends or with family including kids.

Dear Booking.Com-Team, At the time of our booking, the pictures shared on your website related to the Top 4 Apartment included an image of a sauna. Upon arrival, we were extremely disappointed when we found out that this apartment did not include a private sauna, even though it was one of our main reasons why we decided to come back to the "Alpinresidenzen". By now, we noticed that you removed the picture of the sauna for the Top 4 Apartment - however, for us, this was an extremely disappointing factor upon arrival and during our stay. While speaking to the management of the property, they confirmed the same, mentioning that the sauna picture was posted on your website before. Apart from that, we highly recommend equipping all apartments with portable ACs, fans or other portable cooling devices to make the stay more comfortable during the summer. While we appreciate having experienced a second wonderful summer in Austria, it is unbearable inside the apartment when you try to sleep in the night, when it gets very hot in the wooden apartment. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

One of the best in St. Ulrich

Location was very good near to many attractions in sankt Ulrich and sankt Jakob, the weather during my stay end of August was perfect. The apartment no 17 was well equipped with the best view. We didn’t meet any of the staff as its self check in, however we had a problem with the stovetop not working and one of the farmers thankfully gave us a help.

I don’t like that they kept some stuff of previous tenants specially the food stuff, some expired some opened!

Wunderbare Lage direkt an der Talstation mit schöner Aussicht auf die Buchensteinwand. Die Wohnung Top 18 ist sehr gut ausgestattet und aufgeteilt.

Leider hatten wir keinen Staubsauger in der Unterkunft, es gab auch keinen im Gemeinschaftsraum zum Ausleihen.

Top 2 ist für sechs Personen viel zu klein, für vier Personen geht es gerade.

Sehr hochwertig ausgestattet

Sehr hochwertige Möbelstücke, top ausgestattete Küche (selbst Plastiklöffel für Kinder waren vorhanden), Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und e gab vor allem überall ausreichend Möglichkeiten Jacken, Handtücher etc. aufzuhängen. Sehr ruhiger Ort, tolle Aussicht.

Der QR-Code mit der Anleitung der Sauna hat leider nicht funktioniert. In einigen Ecken waren ganze Haarbüschel. Die E-Auto Ladesäule hat leider nicht funktioniert, es wurde angezeigt, dass kein Strom geliefert werde. Auf dem Parkplatz ist es abends stockdunkel, ein Licht wäre also sehr hilfreich. Am besten bis zum Hauseingang. Gerade mit Kind auf dem Arm ist es schwierig, dann auch noch die Handytaschelampe in der anderen Hand zu halten.

Bitte einen Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse!!! Die Terrasse ist riesengroß und lässt sich bei schönem Wetter kaum nützen, da es keine Möglichkeit für Schatten gibt. Das ist schade.

Якби була можливість залишитись тут назавжди, я б навіть не думала! Одне з найкращих місць в яких ми були. Апартаменти облаштовані всім необхідним, все як вдома. На кухні є все необхідне обладнання від ножа для сиру до таблеток для посудомийної машини. Сауна - це взагалі окреме замовлення, особливо після виснажливих прогулянок у горах чи катанні на гірських велосипедах. Все організовано так, щоб ви могли вирішити любе питання самостійно, в разі будь-яких питань персонал оперативно відповідає в месенджер на букінгу. Чисто, затишно, практично.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung Top 18 ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht, selbst scharfe Messer und Qualitätspfannen. Die Aussicht aus der Wohnung und von der riesengroßen Terrasse auf die Berge (Buchensteinwand) ist spektakulär schön.

Lage der Wohnung war Top und erstaunlich ruhig, obwohl Nahe an der Strasse liegend. Grundriss der Wohnung war auch super. Sehr grosszügige Bäder (inkl. Saunamöglichkeit). Und auch Sitzplatz war sehr bequem.

Die Küchenausrüstung hätte etwas besser sein können. Es ist aber nicht so, dass Vieles gefehlt hätte.

Keinen Hinweise das am Samstag die Supermärkte nur bis 18 Uhr schließen. Wir haben keinen Besen gefunden zum kehren der Wohnung. .........

Ein schöner Familienurlaub!

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren bequem und die Sauna haben wir täglich gern genutzt. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr schön: Ruhig und verkehrsgünstig. Der Skibus fuhr direkt bei der Appartementanlage los. Gute Gaststätten gab es fussläufig wenig in der Nähe . Einziges Manko: Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung ließ zu wünschen übrig: Der Kühlschrank war nicht gereinigt und auch im Backofen lagen noch Reste von anderen Gästen. Ebenfalls unter dem Sofa .

Urlaub mit fast der ganzen Familie

Die Ferienwohnungen sind sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was wir für unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Ausreichend Geschirr und Töpfe und Pfannen etc. , eine Mikrowelle, eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und sogar einen Milchaufschäumer. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß. Die Schränke waren sauber und Kleiderbügel waren ebenfalls vor Ort. Die Bergbahn ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Was auch im Winter mit Skischuhen machbar ist. Von dort fährt auch der Skibus. Brötchenservice gibt es auch oder man geht morgens halt mal den Kilometer zu Fuß zum Spar im Dorf und holt selbst. Im Hof gibt es genügend Parkplätze, sowie eine Ladestation für das E-Auto. Kontakt mit dem Personal vor Ort hatten wir so gut wie keinen, was auch nicht nötig war. Gab es mal was wurde das schnell und unkompliziert per Mail erledigt.

Dem Schlafzimmer würden noch ein paar Haken an der Wand gut tun, wie auch im Badezimmer. Die Steckdosen hatten keinen Kinderschutz, zumindest war dieser nicht ersichtlich.

De plek was echt perfect. Het huis was modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. De broodjes die voor het ontbijt besteld konden worden waren ook heel fijn.

Er waren plekken in het appartement waar je niet makkelijk bij kan (onder bank/bed) die echt heel lang niet schoongemaakt waren. Met jonge kinderen kom je daar toch achter door speelgoed wat er onder terecht komt..

Diese wunderschöne Wohnung mit ihrem fantastischen Ausblick hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist super. Der Kamin und die Sauna machen jeden Nachmittag / Abend zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.
