The detached chalet, built in 2014, is modern, rustic, and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a holiday complex, on the outskirts of the town. The chalet is located in a holiday complex, on an 8,000 sqm garden plot and waterside property with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. Lovingly furnished with a creative mix of old and new design. On a road with local traffic. Access is directly from the main road (gravel or crushed stone, length 150 m). Parking (for 10 cars) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars in the village (1,400 m).
