Highly recommended apartment for families

Angela was an excellent host and apartment exceeded our high expectations. Apartment is spacious, modern, very clean and everything worked well. Separate bathroom and toilet is really practical with family. Garage and sauna in downstairs were big plus.

Nothing negative with accommodation. Just good to know, that in practice own/rental car is needed to go skiing or shopping. The street up to apartment is quite narrow and steep. We managed easily with 2WD car, but after heavy snowfall 4WD or snow chains might be required.

Great garage with ski and heated boot racks. Great bath to soak in.

Fresh snow made it hard to reach property. Had to use snow chains. They were awkward to put on but wouldn't have made it to the property without them so very thankful that I had rented them with the car. Lighting was a problem - either too bright in hallway or not bright enough in kitchen.

We where one adult and three children and really enjoyed the apt, except for the road leading to it.

The apt is beautiful, spacious and immaculate. The kitchen and bathroom are comfortable and modern. The owner and her representative were extremely nice and helpful.

My main reservation is the road approaching the apt. It is a steep uphill road with one lane for both directions. Our rental car had all season tires but on a day of heavy snow we had a hard time getting out of the garage and driving on the street. Make sure to have real snow tires (it seems that the locals had no problem and did not use chains). Another minor issue is that there is no towel warmer so if you need to dry your ski gloves etc. you will need to use the common dryer (2 Euros per hour)

perfection in the Kitz Alps!

Great communication with hosts, apartment was beautiful and immaculately clean. Kitchen was very well stocked and easy to use. We loved the apartment and would definitely come back!

The only thing we didn't like was that we could not use the fireplace. It was included in the listing and the photos, and was actually the only reason we chose this apartment over another one nearby, so we were disappointed. But everything else was perfect.

Die Vermieter sind super sympathisch und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Alles ist sehr sauber und top gepflegt, die Sauna ist groß und hat einen gemütlichen Ruheraum dabei. Der Skibus nach Fieberbrunn/Leogang fährt am Hotel Obermair ca alle 20-30 min. Mit Skischuhen könnte der Weg runter zur Bushalte schwierig werden, man kann sich in Fieberbrunn aber günstige Skidepots mieten. Danke Angela und Matthias, wir kommen gerne wieder🙂

Fantastisch: mooi en groot!

Een mooi en groot appartement, in een rustige doodlopende straat, met fantastisch uitzicht! Een ruime woonkamer, een tweede aparte toilet, in de badkamer een douche en een bad en twee wastafels, en fijne bedden. Onze auto met skibox op het dak kon net niet in de garage, maar aan de overkant zijn parkeerplaatsen. De eigenaren zijn erg aardig, goed bereikbaar en zeer hulpvaardig en flexibel. Dank, we komen graag terug!

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt.

Die Unterkunft hat alles übertroffen. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt. Das Appartment ist geschmackvoll und natürlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hilfsbereit und mit alles Tipps zur Verfügung.

Het appartement was zeer mooi groot en lux ingericht. Mooi groot balkon met zon. Angela en haar man zijn erg vriendelijke en behulpzaam.

We zijn niets tegen gekomen wat niet beviel.

Fijn appartement!

Ruim en schoon appartement met alle faciliteiten. Groot fijn balkon op het zuiden. Super aardige eigenaar, die altijd voor je klaar stond.

Niets. Hou rekening met een steile weg naar het appartement toe. Maar voor wandelaars was er een ander pad, dus prima te doen.
