De accomodatie beschikte over voldoende ruimte, een fijne badkamer en bedden.

Het was nog een eind lopen naar het centrum. Tenzij je de weg langs de autoweg nam die ‘s avonds ook voor geluidsoverlast zorgde. Het appartement had lage balken waardoor je makkelijk je hoofd stootte. Het was tenslotte jammer dat de tuin niet uitnodigde om gebruik van te maken, daar het appartement geen balkon had. De host mailde ons dat ze volgeboekt waren maar het ons vrij stond de tuin te ‘bekijken’. Echter goede tafels en stoelen ontbraken. Het was jammer dat we de host niet hebben gezien bij ontvangst of verblijf.

Some more kitchen tools are needed but we managed anyway

St Johann in Tirol is wonderful. Property is close to supermarket, hiking trails, and easy access to nearby mountain towns. Apartment is spacious.

1) host gave us the wrong code to the key lockbox, multiple times; not ideal when trying to get into the apartment after a long trip. 2) two of the bedrooms are down in the basement... little daylight, bit stuffy. 3) living area is very spacious but lacks the coziness of your typical Austrian chalet. 4) construction happening at the neighboring lot meant constant and incessant noise, starting early morning. You'd expect that's something that the host would warn its guests about ahead of time and/or compensate for. They didn't! 5) host was more interested in collecting every last cent of the booking (and actually overcharged us) than asking us about how our stay had been. Bit disappointing. They must have recognized that since we received an apology from the host after the fact by SMS.
