The apartment is in the very imposing building. Interior is so nice. Comfy beds are big enough to sleep well. The scenery and the surroundings are wonderful. Sweet landlady gave us many good advices and informations. Restaurants, bakeries and shops are in five minits wolking distance. Highly recommended. Good choice for city break or longer staying.
Moving toilet seat. :( However, that can be fixed with a little repair.

Die Lage ist erstklassig. Fußläufig alles zu erreichen, dennoch ruhig mit tollem Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser. Man kann die Räder in der Tiefgarage abstellen. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und auf den Fotos im Internet sieht die Einrichtung bzw. der Stil erheblich schlimmer aus, als sie tatsächlich ist. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr dürftig. Es fehlen eigentlich nur Kleinigkeiten, wie z. B. ein Abtropfgestell, Spülutensilien, etc. Man kann die Wohnung nicht wirklich abdunkeln und wir hatten die Straßenlampe direkt vorm Schlafzimmerfenster, dafür ist die Beleuchtung in der Wohnung sehr schlecht. Den Balkon kann man im Sommer tagsüber gar nicht nutzen, weil man wegen nicht vorhandenem Sonnenschirm gegrillt wird....im Grunde fast alles Dinge, die mit wenigen Mitteln behoben werden könnten....
