Didn’t come with breakfast so I can’t rate. Many choices of food/restaurants and within walking distance from train stations, although there were a few adult clubs along the way which I didn’t want to expose my teenage daughter to.
Great and comfortable overall. Only the adult clubs along our street wasn’t ideal but that’s nothing against the apartment we rented.

I got an upgrade to a studio with a balcony on an upper floor, that I loved. Had everything I needed, air conditioner, iron and ironing table, a large TV, even coffee capsules and tea. Very close to the railway station while still a short walk away to the city center.
It's a very mixed neighborhood, which I didn't mind, but it may be something to consider for alone travellers.

Very good location. The apartment was very clean and well appointed
We were in apartment 8 on the sixth floor and the lift was not working. Having to work out our daily routine around not having to climb up 6 flights of stairs more than once a day was a major issue for us as we are in our mid 70s. We were told the lift would be fixed the next day but 4 days later it was not fixed. Luggage was also a major issue because of the stairs
