About this house rental
The perfect oasis in the heart of Munich: This spacious, light-filled, modern penthouse offers plenty of room for up to five guests to enjoy a vacation together. You can access the 200-square-meter duplex above the rooftops of Munich directly via a private elevator. Spanning two floors, the apartment features a spacious lounge with an open dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a workspace.
From the large, sunny terrace, you can look out over Munich’s rooftops toward St. Paul’s Church. Located right in the heart of downtown, it’s extremely central yet very quiet in an inner courtyard free from traffic noise. It’s just a 2-minute walk to Theresienwiese, where the Oktoberfest, the Spring Festival, and the Tollwood Winter Festival take place. Stachus and the pedestrian zone, the main train station, and the central bus station (ZOB) are all within a 10-minute walk. The nearest subway station, “Theresienwiese,” is 100 meters away.
Our penthouse has an ideal layout and offers plenty of privacy across two levels. On the lower level, in addition to the large shared lounge and dining area, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms; on the upper level, there is another very spacious bedroom with a bathroom, as well as a workspace.

This property could not have been in a more convenient location. Clean, spacious with all the amenity. The host, Karin, was always available from booking, arrival to departure. My family of 4 enjoyed the 3 beds, 3 baths and lovely outdoor space. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay again in the future

wonderful kitchen for two dinners “at home” and an exceptional outdoor space. we loved having a lot of room for our family of four. super close to train station and a great local bar across the street!

The apartment was in a great location, it was quiet, and comfortable. Karin gave us great advice for places to eat and visit. We really enjoyed our time here and would come back again.

The penthouse is beautiful, clean, artistically decorated, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment is nested into a quiet neighborhood near the main train station making it an ideal location. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Karin was a wonderful host and provided all the information we needed. A little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for, and this place was well worth it - I definitely recommend it.
