Nice apartment, close to the lifts.

Great location close to the lifts. Nice and clean apartment. Good little kitchen, with owen and stove. Easy to park. Restaurant in the building. Nice staff. It was out second time here, and we will come again.

Beds are very firm, at bed topper would do the trick. The sofa is also very firm, and not so comfortable.

Skiing holidays with friends

The biggest bonus of this apartment hotel was its close position to the cable-cars, when you can walk straight from the ski room to the lift. As we travelled with our dog we also appreciated very good possibilities to walk the dog - in the near vicinity from the hotel there are "winter wanderwegs" - groomed snow trails for walking. Apartment hotel itself was very good as well and served our needs just fine. We had an apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it was spacious enough, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms with good water pressure. We think that there is solid insulation of the walls as the rooms next door were occupied as well and still it was very quiet in our room. We took also breakfasts - they were bufet style with just enough selection of cold cheese, hams, yogurts and muesli with some fresh scrambled eggs and possibly some small sweets. Nothing too fancy but good enough before day of skiing. There is also solid evening restaurant in the building where we ate about 3 times and we were quite satisfied. There is also a wellness centre in the hotel - which is also solid :-) but not very cosy. Finnish sauna is very good and spacious, there are good deckchairs in the restroom but the feel is a bit like you are in the middle of the gym.

We were overall very satisfied, so we have just minor notes: the pillows were too big and bulky - this might be the individual preference but between us four none was too happy with that. There were no sheets for sauna, just towels and you had to manage to get them from reception before the sauna time. Coffee was terrible - but this is general problem in Austria.

A great place in a perfect location

Location, level of the services and the apartment finishing everything was great. I strongly recommend this place especially if you want to be close from Fieberbrunn or use the ski lift.

If i need to say something I would improve is the addition of a washing machine.

Great apartment very close to the Fieberbrun lifts.

Brand new complex however, still had some teething problems (warm water & heating) when we stayed here Very well suited for keen skiers, very close to the ski lifts and great ski storage area. Well equipped kitchen although there was no microwave. Skishops & rental locations next door. Underground parking. Very friendly staff.

Remote from anything else than skishops and a few local pubs / restaurants. There is a supermarket at 10 min walk. All other shops you need a car or use the skibus. Bit limited in furniture and atmosphere for relaxing after a day skiing.

Wohlfühl Urlaub

Die Unterkunft war nicht nur sehr modern und sauber sondern auch hervorragend ausgestattet! Von Kontaktgrill über Smoothie-Mixer hinzu Backpapier etc. Das ihm Hotel befindliche Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben an mehreren Abenden dort gegessen und war mehr als zufrieden. Der Service im Restaurant durch Matej war ebenfalls hervorragend! Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Je krijgt niet automatisch elke dag schone handdoeken. Die mag je zelf regelen bij de receptie.

Goede uitvalsbasis voor KAT

Kudo’s voor de mensen die hier werken! We waarderen de klantvriendelijkheid en flexibiliteit. Enerzijds in het veranderen van kamer (zie hieronder bij ‘wat beviel niet’) en anderzijds van de mogelijkheid tot het nuttigen van een maaltijd toen we terugkwamen van een trailrace en de keuken al gesloten was. Klantvriendelijkheid voorop.

De aankomst was een shock. We hadden een ruim appartement met sauna geboekt. De foto’s op booking kwamen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Bovendien kwam er nauwelijks daglicht binnen. Het balkon keek uit op een grote betonnen wand die in volle breedte het uitzicht blokkeerde. Niet wat je wilt als je een prijzig appartement boekt in deze prachtige bergen. Veel appartementen hebben wel een fraai uitzicht, gelukkig konden we omboeken. Dus pas op als je boekt - informeer eerst. Nog beter: fijn als dit transparant in de omschrijving wordt meegenomen.

Gemixte gevoelens aan ons verblijf over gehouden. De locatie is een 10+ echt top. De inpandige parkeergarage is ook echt top. Personeel verdient ook een 10.

Maar de prijs kwaliteit van het appartment was naar onze mening te hoog; deuren van kamers die helemaal niet konden sluiten - of dicht vallen, een losse toiletbril, vieze rode spetters op de muur, bos haren op de grond bij aankomst in de badkamer. Ook zeer weinig glazen en borden. Een filterkoffie apparaat daar waar je voor deze prijs toch wel wat luxers verwacht zoals een cup of bonenmachine. Ook vrij gehorig; als op een andere etage boven je gelopen wordt dreunt dat door. Het personeel is super aardig en verdient een 10. Ook zijn ze super flexibel kwa aankomsttijd. Ook onze feedback van defecten bij uitchecken zou aan de technische dienst worden doorgegeven. Verder hadden wij vrijwel geen uitzicht door een appartement aan de straat aan de achterkant die half verdiept ligt. Tenslotte loopt het water van de inloopdouche uit de douche ipv richting de afvoer, zeer irritant.

Duschgel hat gefehlt. Am selben Tag wurde uns mitgeteilt dass unser gebuchter Frühstück ausfällt, haben zwar das Geld zurückbekommen bekommen, doch für uns war es stressig und mit großem Aufwand verbunden irgendwo was zu essen zu bekommen. Das ist ein no Go

Die Lage war ganz wunderbar! Die Appartements sehr stilvoll und mit viel Platz und Liebe zum Detail! Die Küche war top ausgestattet und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, auch genug Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck. Einchecken klappe problemlos. Bergbahn gleich daneben 👌🤗 Wunderschönes Wandergebiet!

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße und am Parkplatz der Bargbahn. Ab ca 6 00 fahren LKW's (Lieferwagen für die Hotels ect.) und das Personal der Bergbahn. Zur Zeit auch noch Baufahrzeuge für die Baustelle bei einem anderen Hotel. Da ist an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken. Sonst war alles gut!

Het was schoon, ruim en in 1 woord gewoon perfect. De piste is letterlijk voor de voordeur en al het personeel is enorm gastvrij. Er is alles in het appartement aanwezig en iedereen helpt je verder. De kamers zijn ruim, de bedden zijn super en de badkamer is heel mooi (nieuw)
