additional charges and attitude of emails have really let this place down. still ongoing argument regards additional charges including £150 cleaning bill which to date hasn't been explained and a £300 deposit invoice pending. We explained we were leaving at 6am due to a flight and seem to have been charged for not checking out properly. considering we travel all over Europe were totally confused to extra charges. WE wouldn't use this accommodation due to tone of emails again.

Disappointment!

From the beginning we had a problem with shower which was broken. It was solved until after 2 days of waiting, including waiting in the room more than 3 hours for an installer instead of going out. We had to move to another room at night. Concerning Jokercards, the validity was set incorrectly by the hotel and I reported this fact to a receptionist. She assured me of correct validity. We wanted to use cable cars. As I expected, the cards didn't work. We looked like cheaters. I went back to the hotel and requested the receptionist to resolve the situation. She wasn't able to do it. Finally, we had to buy the tickets (it should have been for free with Jokercards). Because of these troubles which were evidently caused by the personnel, I requested a compensation (only for cable cars, not for accommodation!). The owner (Mr. Nikolaus) promised to send it. However, he didn't send anything and stopped communication with me more than one month ago. Because of that, I have to state that he is a liar and doesn't keep his word. It is very disappointing for me and I definitely do not recommend the hotel to anyone. Btw. the sleeping sofa is not convenient for two adults. It' s too small and uncomfortable. This hotel doesn't match criteria of a 4 star category, especially the services are at a low level.

Great apartment clean and spaceus. Very good location. Good bike storage and parking.

Water temperature in the shower was switching between hot and cold. Strange smell coming through vents in bathroom.

Heerlijk verblijf en aardige werknemers

Ruim appartement en ruime badkamer. Heerlijke douche. Sauna van 16:00 tot 20:00 aan. Er is een lift heel dicht bij.

Keuken is prima om even wat snels te koken. Geen uitgebreide maaltijd. De lift naar de skiles is wel ver lopen heuveltje op. Maar als je geen les hebt kun je met de dichtstbijzijnde lift omhoog.

Dat het er schoon was en alles aanwezig. Dat er twee badkamers waren.

Via de ramen in de slaapkamers konden we bij elkaar in de kamer kijken; privacy. Maar hier wordt wat aangedaan begreep ik. De kapstok was niet handig; alles viel er telkens van af. Wel erg dure losse broodjes die te bestellen waren voor het ontbijt. De parkeergarage was lastig te gebruiken door het systeem met etages.

Perfecte locatie, centraal maar toch rustig

Het is net naast het centrum, maar de rivier over steken en je bent er meteen. De ski kelder was meer dan groot genoeg er is zeker plaats voor alle gasten. Broodjes service aanwezig voor levering vanaf 8u15 in de ochtend.

Broodjes service viel tegen broodjes kwamen erg laat. in de sauna zaten personen met telefoon wat niet prettig was. waarom geen verbod op telefoons in de sauna?

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würde es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Sehr gute Lage und obwohl nur ein paar Schritte ins Zentrum, sehr ruhig! Die Aufteilung der Zimmer im Appartment ist sehr gut, außerdem zwei Badezimmer! Sehr freundliches Personal!

Das man für Parkplatz extra zahlen muss.
