A very nice home. Well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, dishes and silverware. Coffee makers and toaster. Large refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc. Clothes washer, which was much appreciated during our week long stay. Plenty of supplies and spices to get started. We had a group of 10, and the house was perfect. Several of our party flew into MUC and decided not to rent cars, relying almost exclusively on public transport, which is excellent in greater Bavaria. The local train station is a six (6) minute easy walk from the home. Roland was a great host and met us at the house and gave us an overview of the home, and provided us with our Transport Cards which enabled free local public transport. This was great as it got us free access to much of the local area, and great discounts on train tickets for Innsbruck, Zell Am See, and Salzburg. Regarding the house, it is spacious and beautifully decorated. All beds were comfortable, and the heated floors and large back patio were wonderful. In the area are multiple grocery stores, restaurants and cafes that are in Fieberbrunn which is a one-stop train ride or short drive from Pfaffenschwendt. Pfaffenschwendt is an idyllic Austrian community of several dozen homes surrounded by mountains and farm fields. Gorgeous views from the home’s bedroom balconies and patio. We would definitely choose this home again if staying in Austria.

Large, very clean villa perfect for a large family or group that is very close to the Fieberbrunn bahn. Roland was an excellent host who was very easy to communicate with and even had a Christmas tree stand so we could purchase a larger tree. The rooms are large and cozy and then, living area was very spacious. Teens loved the ping pong table downstairs. Would definitely stay again.

Dit mooie typische Tiroler huis biedt veel ruimte en comfort voor onze groep van 12 personen . Ligging is ok , niet te veel last van de treinen . Vriendelijke eigenaar dat klaar staat voor zijn huurders. Parkeerplaats voor 3 wagens . Leuke ruime terras met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen ! We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf daar en kunnen dit zeker aanraden . Tip : misschien wel extra hoofdkussens voorzien in de kamers , een grotere frigo zou welgekomen zijn ( maar hebben met sneeuw en frigoboxen ons plan kunnen trekken als extra drankfrigo😉) bedankt , Roland ! 🙏👍

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus hatte genügend Platz für uns alle (9 Erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder, 2 Hunde). Auch der große Esszimmertisch war uns sehr willkommen. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter. Man fühlt sich hier als Familie sehr willkommen.
