About this villa rental
This farmhouse, completely renovated in country house style, for a maximum of 15 people is located in Mittersill in Salzburgerland, offers a great view of the mountain panorama of the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday region from the spacious terrace and is located directly in the KitzSki ski area.
The country house offers a large living/dining area with a modern integrated fully equipped kitchen, on the first floor 4 bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite (2 bedrooms have their own balcony), on the second floor 2 further bedrooms (one of them with a balcony). For bikers in summer and ski fans in winter, there is a lockable garage in the adjacent building. The ski and boot room is equipped with a boot dryer. There is also a beautiful garden and you can park right by the house.
The house owner provides guests with a barrier key for the private path to the "Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen". This means you can get to the slopes of the Kitzbühel - Kirchberg - Mittersill (KitzSki) ski area with 234 kilometers of slopes and 57 comfortable lifts quickly and easily, and of course back again!
Mittersill is known for its many activities and central location in summer. The area offers numerous hiking and mountain sports opportunities, an 18-hole golf course and several mountain bike trails. You can also explore the area by bike via the Tauern cycle path. The bathing lakes in Niedernsill, Hollersbach and Uttendorf as well as the public swimming pools in Stuhlfelden and Mittersill offer lots of bathing fun in summer!
Directly in Mittersill there are enough shops for your daily needs as well as a wide selection of restaurants.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
