About this house rental

This amazing 5-bedroom holiday home is situated in St Johann in Tirol. Ideal for a large family or group, it can accommodate 12 guest. Located close to skiing area, this home is a perfect holiday spot for ski lovers.

During winter, you can enjoy skiing and snowboarding in the area. The nearest restaurant is 200 m away if you wish to try some new recipes. The local grocery store is 2 km from the home. For a pleasant day out, Schwarzsee Lake is 13 km away.

The well-equipped kitchen is great for preparing meals of your choice. You can park the vehicles in the parking provided in the premises. A maximum of 1 is allowed in the property for an extra charge of 8/night.

You can check-in between 4-7 PM and check-out can be done from 8-10 AM.

Overall the stay at the home was great. The location makes it easy to get to a number of places to ski. The kitchen is very basic and does not have any spices, condiments, etc which we typically find at vacation rentals. It would also be really nice if a washer and dryer were included, but overall a good positive experience.

We zitten in een heerlijk groot huis. Misschien alles wat gedateerd, maar schoon met 2 badkamers. Onze gastvrouw Steffi doet er alles aan om ons verblijf TOP te laten zijn.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse mit tollem Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser und das Kitzbühler Horn. Man kann von dort direkt Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren unternehmen.

Prachtig sneeuwweer. Fijn huis dat heel geschikt is voor een grootouders, kinderen en kleinkinderen. En dat pal op de piste. Ook erg fijne verhuurder. We hadden met de boostereis wel wat gedoe. De verhuurster heeft ons prima geholpen.

De aankomst was prima. Het viel ons op dat het huis heel schoon was en de bedden keurig opgemaakt. De accommodatie was super mooi wat indeling betreft. Het minpuntje dat wij hadden was dat er geen wasmachine aanwezig was. Hierdoor moesten we de handdoeken met de hand wassen en ging het drogen langzaam. Er was ook geen waslijn aanwezig waar we wat op konden hangen. We konden wel extra handdoeken krijgen maar die kosten ook weer extra. Ook was het niet handig dat er geen stofzuiger of iets dergelijks aanwezig was. Het is handig als je met zijn tienen bent om af en toe de vloer schoon te kunnen maken.

Snelle, makkelijke en vriendelijke communicatie i.v.m. sleuteloverdracht. De accommodatie lag een paar honderd meter lopen van de skilift en skiverhuur (Intersport Patrick). Het huis heeft een grote tuin met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Het huis was schoon en groot genoeg (wij waren met een groep van 13). Het enige minpuntje was de uitrusting van de keuken. Voor de supermarkt moet je 2 km rijden richting het dorpcentrum.
